Very quiet, calm and professional atmosphere. I had a procedure done today. It was a positive experience.
Leaving this office after many years as a patient there. I bought their in house insurance plan. I was told by one of their employees that the plan dates were not as set in stone as with traditional insurance plans. I showed up for a procedure this morning and was told my plan had expired 12 days ago. Even though I tried to explain what I had been told. Very disappointed. But there’s plenty of good dental offices out there.

This is without a doubt the best Dentist I have ever had. Dr. Kruckman provides a superior level of dental care. Patient comfort has been at the forefront of every visit I’ve had, be it getting a Crown or regular cleaning. I love the heated neck wraps and how they keep me relaxed. The office is clean and inviting. All staff is friendly and helpful. I appreciate the convenience their technology integration offers with onsite X-rays and same day Crown services. I have had several bad experiences with other dentists and I am so grateful to have found Dr. Kruckman. If you are looking for a quality dentist who cares about their patients and invests in having the most up to date products and services in dental care, then Dr. Kruckman is it!

I was greeted with smiley faces and bright energetic ladies on a gloomy rainy day. They had everything ready for me and I was back in the chair in no time. Caren was the dental assistant and I thought she was very polite as she offered me a blanket and asked me if I was comfortable before she began. She was gentle , thorough and quick. Dr. Taylor was extremely kind and had very smiley eyes behind her mask. She was also very quick and super thorough through the whole appointment and made sure all of my questions and concerns were met. I am excited to finally find dentist that I will be sticking with and very happy. Thanks Ladies!

I've been a patient of Dr. Kruckman (Jalissa) since she opened her office in Waconia several years ago. I've always trusted her for my own teeth and any work that needed to be done. Recently, my daughter needed some cosmetic type work done on her front/side teeth. Jalissa was extremely thorough in explaining the options and making sure not only that my wife and I were comfortable with the outcome, but also that my teenage daughter understood the process. Jalissa made sure the color, texture and everything about the veneers was an exact match, and the final result was absolutely amazing and my daughter is all smiles. A big THANK YOU to Dr. Kruckman and her staff! Well done!

They are not very clear about billing up front. I was charged $95 to get a retainer removed and my husband was charged $95 plus an additional $46 after the fact. Seems inconsistent to pay different amounts for the same service and different than the quoted amount.

Not having stepped foot in a Dentist Office in about 3 years, I wasn't sure what to expect when I made my appointment.
As a first time patient at Kruckman Dental I recieved top notch customer service recieving timely appointment reminders, and an opportunity to complete some paperwork ahead of time.
On the day of the appointment I was provided with the utmost professional service.
The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.
The dental hygienist and Dentist were extremely professional, upbeat and positive from their explanations and communicating everything to me to their chair side manner.
The room had modern accommodations including a TV on the ceiling 😃.
I will definitely be recommending Kruckman Family Dentistry.

I haven't been to a dentist since middle school (10-11 years), I needed a good cleaning and referral for wisdom teeth removal and this has been the best experience I have had at the dentist. The front desk were very pleasant to talk to and Janessa the dental assistant who cleaned my teeth was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Dr. Sawyer was the doctor and she came in and had such a great upbeat personality, even with a mask on you can tell she enjoys what she does. I will be coming here from now on for all my dental needs!
