This company does not know how to bill or do pre authorization with insurance. They lack transparency in their costs and are happy to do it at the literal expense of their customers. Our insurance company is doing a billing compliance form regarding this place. If they are going to start a private practice they should not hire some entry level billing and coding person off the street. I hope they have an audit coming their way.
