I was anxious about the dental appointment before I arrived, but once there, the anxiety was replaced with comfort. The entire staff is super-friendly, but Billie was especially sweet! She made me feel relaxed and answered all my questions. The dentist is a hoot too! I loved her instantly. I adore Family Dental Care! You guys ROCK!

As a child, I learned to dread going to the dentist due to all of the pain and suffering. As an adult, I was blessed to find a dentist, Dr. Jan Belote, who makes sure that I am comfortable at every dental visit. She is most compassionate and has many, many years experience! She KNOWS HER STUFF! She also has a great staff and it is quite obvious that she has hand picked these individuals. I just had a dental visit with Dr. Belote today, a rainy Monday morning. I have to say, not once this morning did I even think about dreading going to the dentist. And as always, the whole crew and Dr. Belote took care of me! They really care!!!!!!!

I had went into the office last Monday a week ago from today. I called the following day on Tuesday to set up my IV Sedation after talking with my husband. I was told someone would call me back and I never received a call. I've sent emails stating my husband needs a month in advance to take the time off to drive me and sit with our kids, I was reassured someone would call. Tomorrow will be a week since I've been waiting for a call back and i still haven't received a call. The people are very friendly when I visited but I shouldn't have to wait this long for a simple call to schedule me in, at least give me an explanation if things are going to take longer than usual. Honestly I'm very frustrated and actually expected a call within a day or two. I'm about to spend a lot of money with them you'd think they'd schedule me as soon as possible. If I don't hear anything soon I'm just going to contact another dentist office

Today I flew from Kansas City for Rebecca to clean my teeth. Dr O’Keefe has done full mouth cosmetic porcelain crowns and I will never see another dentist. This dental office is fantastic! I highly recommend them.
