Definitely watch how they take advantage of your insurance, then are willing to admit it and still not make it right. This place (staff) has went downhill and unfortunately it makes the doctor's look bad. Thankfully this is the last time they'll be able to do it to us because we are taking our business elsewhere

Love this office ! ! Dr Jan O’Keefe Belote is the best dentist in the state! Her staff is second to non! I arrived 10 mins early for my appointment, I was seated in the dental chair almost immediately, and I was out the door in 30 mins. Xrays cleaning and consult.

Dr. Belote, Blaire and Amanda have gone above and beyond in my experience thus far. I have always had a fear of dentists after having an extremely traumatic experience as a child. Let me just say, " NO MORE FEAR!"
Each person, including the front office staff have made me feel as if I'm family. They have worked with me emotionally and financially. They are all simply phenomenal!
The office is clean and inviting. It smells like someone's home opposed to that medical aroma which usually makes for more anxiety in my opinion.
Each time I've been there I have NEVER had to wait to be seen. They respect my time and I so appreciate it!
In a nutshell, I will forever sing their praises! As weird as this may sound, when all my dental work is complete, I'm going to miss them!
If you're in need of ANY type dental work frim cleaning to cosmetic, they are above reproach! I don't know what else to say other than you must experience for yourself to truly understand how outstanding they all are!

Been a patient with FDC for 20 years now and have been highly satisfied with the dental work that I have received. I'm not saying that they're perfect in the entire time frame but I have to leave them a five star review overall. They have a friendly staff, short waiting time, very competent dentists and assistants. They file my insurance properly too! Yay! To summarize, you can't go wrong with Family Dental Care as a dental care provider.

If you want total unprofessionalism throughout an office. This is the place for you. Impatient with you on phone, attitude if they are busy, no time for your questions if they are busy ( offices are supposed to be busy are they not?) DO NOT recommend.

I have an appointment tomorrow and I was anxious, as always when going to the dentist.....BUT THE STAFF PUT ME AT EASE! They allowed me to discuss the plan put in place so that I WOULD BE COMFORTABLE! I prayed about where I should go and I believe that My SAVIOR JESUS HAS ANSWERED MY PRAYER!
I believe the work will be just what I asked God for!
