Was a horrible experience staff was nice I do not care for the owner and other staff members who bothered me immediately after my procedure and later that evening and when I told Them that I still had tooth where it was removed I was informed no it was jaw bone pictures sure look like
Tooth to me and give me a hard time because I posted I was annoyed with them well I’m pass that I’ll be contacting a different dentist for a second opinion on wheather it’s jaw bone or not and don’t tell me because I voiced my opinion and my family voiced theirs she had patients cancel not my problem if your good at your job and you have a good staff no one comment should deter your practice! Clean place,rude staff, second time I visited told me my insurance didn't cover it but covered last time they also had my other visits marked off telling my insurance that I had already been the slotted ti.es they would cover so now I'm coming out of pocket for this. So the receptionist then proceeds to tell me why it was covered last time and she tells me it was an emergency visit thats why it was covered so a cleaning and cavity filled is an emergency. Beware they are conning ppl out of 100.00

2 weeks ago I schedule a appointment with healthy smiles looking for a good dentist. I chose them. I had a X-ray done. Then I was told I needed to get a deep cleaning. So I asked the receptionist can she print the payments I would have to pay on that day. She told me cleaning are free with my insurance. I also asked for a treatment plan with the payment amount on the other work I needed done. She act like she was so busy that she would call me to let me know the amount on the treatments I needed done. She never called. I get to my appointment today and was told my amount due is 94.67. I said you told me that cleanings were free. I wouldn’t have to pay today. She said no your insurance covers 80% and u have to pay 20%. I was like that’s exactly y I wanted to know my amount before I came in today. I asked could I pay Friday and was told no. Being that I was told it would b free for cleanings. It’s fine because they’re far more dentistry’s. I pretty aware will let me no the amount of my treatments before hand. I definitely won’t b back!

Poor service. I tried making an appointment and the receptionist asked me specifically am I friends with the dentist Dr.Bennett which is crazy because I would never have my friend working on my teeth plus I have never met Dr.Bennett ever. I don't even know her. I was referred to her office because I am in need of a dentist. It says on the website that the office takes walk-ins and this office opens at 9am on Friday. Well I came to the office at 8:45am and I saw clients walking in and out before 9am so I walked in to make an appointment and the receptionist said that all the walk-in appointments were taken . Which is crazy because the office was not even open just yet. POOR SERVICES. I do not recommend unless you have actually spoken with Dr.Bennett. I won't be going here unless I speak with Dr.Bennett about the horrible services I have received today.
