Sunnybrook Dentistry & Braces

I’d like to give ZERO stars… First the wait time is horrible, no one comes to check to see if you’re ok as far paperwork, we waited nearly an hour before I went to the front to ask about paperwork to complete. Why wait for an hour then be given paperwork to fill out when it’s time to go to the back?!! While waiting to be called, you would think paperwork would be given to fill out while waiting. I wonder how much longer I would have waited had I not gone to the front desk to ask.
I was under the impression that parents ARE “allowed back”. For x-rays my child DID need assistance, I was told to “have a seat”…

My child did not cooperate (I understand being scared), I eventually was “allowed” but my little one was too frightened at this point; same with Dr Tom S.
Tom has NO business being around young children or children PERIOD! Tom has ZERO bedside manners with regard to helping a frightened child during dental care. My little one was moving about a lot and screaming, instead of being patience with my child, Dr Tom said “you’re not an animal, you’re a human, be still!” That IS VERY rude and VERY DISRESPECTFUL! My little was biting down as Tom tried looking in mouth, Tom says “you’re not going to bite me, I won’t be bitten by you!” He walked out saying “I have other patients to see!” He act like he didn’t want to be bothered (not sure if he acts like this with others, of course we will NOT be returning! My little one was scared, Dr Tom was not very welcoming when he first entered the exam area. His tone with a child was VERY RUDE!! I’ve heard bad things when it “was” Kool Smiles (seems the same now that I’ve gone). I thought I’d give it a try because so far this is the only pediatric dental office that I know of where at least one parent is “allowed” back with a minor child. Tom has ZERO business being a “dentist” for young children, he’s VERY RUDE, and DISRESPECTFUL, he is NOT welcoming, nurturing or caring of which you SHOULD have when taking care of children at a dental facility. ZERO stars! I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone bringing their child/children here!

We RV full time and had a filling fall out. They were wonderful. Had an appointment the next day and was in and out in an hour. Friendly wonderful staff.

My granddaughter needed a tooth recapped and I was afraid it would take a while to get an appointment. We got the appt only two days after we called and were fortunate to see Dr. Harris, her professionalism and kindness is always appreciated. Thanx to the Sunnybrook staff 🙂

The wait time is ridiculous! Every single time I bring my child here we wait for about an hour at least. I do not recommend coming as a new patient.

Awesome and caring staff, of course theres gonna be a wait but it's worth it! They'll make sure to hook you up with exactly what you need and help with any issues your having! Thanks Mary, Tamela, & Dr. Harris!

I would recommend Sunnybrook. My kids love the atmosphere and Dr. Tom is phenomenal. They look forward to coming here. Ortho manager Alex is our favorite. She’s very professional, nice, informative, and can always answer all of my questions. The ortho assistants are all great too.

The wait time is horrible. When trying to call and reschedule an appointment they that original schedule but them leave voicemail stating it need to be rescheduled, no one answered for day or only to be put on hold. No regular update on the status of child braces. Parent are still no allowed in the back.

Been taking my kids here for years, but Ms. Jessica is by far our favorite person. My daughter will not see anyone else in Ortho but her. She is awesome!

Last year everything was really good but since like 3 months ago they take 1 to 2 hours longer than your appointment time I’ve been here 2 different days and have to change the appointment because I’ve been waiting 2 hours .. for what the appointment then? When u have to wait that long, if you have an appointment you should be attended at least 20 minutes late no more than that, but 2 hours? Really?

I've been taking my kids here for a very long time. The ladies up front are very nice. When we switched over to the orthodontist side yesterday kids had an awesome experience. Dr. Wolfe and His assistant Tiffany has made my kids first braces experience a great success. They answered all the kids questions and concerns about anything they wanted to know about their braces.
