Thank you all for the recommendations. I want to let everyone know I went to The Winning Smile (Jackson office) dental group and saw Dr.Andrew Harris. I was experiencing an unbearable toothache and was seen immediately.
The moment I walked in the door I felt important. The staff beginning with the front office Lindsay, then hygienist Madison, and finally Dr. Harris was very exceptional!!
They were caring, compassionate, empathetic, friendly, and knowledgeable. Definitely exceeded any and all expectations!

Dr. Harris was GREAT! Everyone at the Jackson location was kind and attentive. I've had very bad experiences with other dentists in my past, so my anxiety was really high at first. But they eased all my fears by listening to me and they made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. There patient care and customer service is A+! I have found my new dental home. I have never written a review for a dentist before but the office crew and dentist were truly amazing. They were able to schedule an appointment for me rather quickly ( I had severe tooth pain). The dentist i had been seeing for years told me it would be a week before i could be seen ( with the pain i was in, that was not going to work for me).
The staff at Winning Smile were able to see me quickly and even though I was an hour late (due to me not setting my clocks an hour ahead after time change) they were understanding and friendly. They even had a gift for me thanking me for being a new patient.
I honestly have never been more welcomed as a patient in any doctors office. Im actually looking forward to future visits as they have gained a new patient. I wont be going back to my old dentist.
