Thanks to Rachel for referring me and squeezing me into their schedule. From the moment I arrived and greeted by Reagan at the front desk this was a pleasant experience. She made sure my forms were posted online and got in to Rachel quickly. Rachel was awesome! Professional, thorough and knows her craft! She pointed out several key issues that needed to be addressed without making it uncomfortable. She set up my bext appointment and coordinated my upcoming plan. The transition to Dr. Nassar was smooth. She is first-class and gave me insight and a plan to meet all of my concerns. Pam was a pro! Getting my impressions and counseling me on next steps and putting a rush on my temporary was a big relief. Mary Ann gave me the 411 on billing, finance options and double checked to be sure I had the rush on my temporary flipper. Reagan came by with my parting gift and I was on my way! As a marketing and PR consultant, I recognize customer service and professionalism. This team showcases it from start to finish. #LaurelSmiles

I saw Blair for the first time today. I have been going to Dr. Walters for years and Terry or Vickie usually do my cleaning but they were out so Blair did my cleaning and I was impressed..... she was very attentive to what I might not like and did a great job...everyone at the clinic is top notch!!!

As a very nervous/terrified patient it was a reasuring visit. The dentist and the staff are incredibly nice and patient and will work with you and advise you all the way. Complementary gas, movies, ear phones, blankets, wi-fi while you have procedures done.
