Key Dental is the best. Every visit, I’m treated with kindness and familiarity. The hygienists, dentists, and oral surgeon are smart and caring. They act professional, yet personal. I have had a good bit of work done that should cause me to dislike going, but once I’m there I’m always glad I went. I have been a patient for close to 15 years and plan to stay one!

Going to Key Dental is THE BEST DECISION I've made in years!! I kept putting off implants because I was scared... but Key Dental has taken care of that! ANYBODY that needs implants should go to Key Dental! Having every phase under 1 roof is a blessing!

This is an A-1staff!!! My wife and I drive up from the coast just to get our work done here. Dr. Stokes and Dr. Keen are amazing! The hygienists (Jamie is amazing) keep you very comfortable and assured during the entire process of any procedure. Great care, great service, AWESOME STAFF!!! Megan is also a new hygienist and is a great addition to the Key Dental Team.

The dentist I use there (Dr. Stokes) is great. The people who clean your teeth are also great. The office manager is a real problem as is the insurance person. Rude, unhelpful... There have been billing issues and getting hold of someone on the phone to deal with is can be difficult - messages may not be returned and then you have to go in to deal with it. They are easier to deal with in person and are far more polite and helpful in person. That is unfortunate I find that irritating. It can be hard to get through to them on the phone anyway (although some other times not). .

They need to be pressured to give you a price range for a simple filling, instead telling you that you need to pay for an apt to find out. I finally got them to tell me a simple filling is typically between $329-400 (which is higher than other places I got quotes after I left a message and no one, yet again, returned my phone call or answered my email. That is about double from two years ago.

Their website doesn't list the insurances they accept and they say it is too complicated to list them or keep that up to date. I wonder how other dentists and doctor offices manage to do that then. In fact their website gives you little information forcing you to call them. Most dental websites give more concrete information than they give.

I'd give some of the office staff a 1, the dentist and the people who clean my teeth a 5, the rest of the office staff are 3-5. They do do a community free dental day in April (except not since covid) for the community to receive basic dental care. That speaks well of them.

Summary- I like my dentist and people who clean my teeth; that they do charity work. They are very expensive so if you need a lot of dental work you may exceed your dental insurance yearly limit well before you would somewhere else, some of the office people who work there can be problematic, it can be hard to get through on the phone and phone messages (and email messages) may well not be returned forcing you to go in to see them to solve billing problems or get answers to questions.

Key Dental did my wisdom teeth surgery yesterday 3-12-2020 and the experience was great! I had been waiting months to get my surgery done; my mom recommended Key Dental to me Tuesday. I called got my consultation Wednesday and was scheduled for the surgery Thursday. The staff is very warm, friendly, and caring. I definitely recommend this dentist office. I also love the fact that they do everything in office. My previous dentist would always refer me to other places; so if you are looking for a one stop shop, I strongly recommend Key Dental.

This is the best dental clinic in Madison, MS! And Dr. McRae is my absolute favorite dentist of all time. Kind, caring, funny, sweet, and always able to explain what needs to be done as well as keeping me comfortable during procedures. I tell all my friends to go here.

I’ve been a patient for almost 7 years. Recently I had some issues with their previous work done. I was told even they are surprised. I did not get a good advise from them. I consulted another dentist who contradicted and I have gotten good advise as I also felt the same. Even though I was going here for 7 years, I felt I was cheated on the name of cavities n procedures. I would not recommend to any new patient to go unless you personally know a doctor. Dentistry is something that has a gray area and this clinic is making full advantage of it.

I have been going to the same dentist since I was born, but this place I absolutely love! I got three wisdom teeth taken out and feel like I got the 5 star treatment. In fact, my mouth isn’t even hurting or swollen that much! They are organized, communicative, friendly, reliable, and thorough. Dr. Keen is the way to go for any oral surgery!

Throughout the years of traveling around to different states this is by far the Best Dentist Group that we have had the pleasure of dealing with - you're not a #, you are treated like family & they go above & beyond to make sure your visit is a great experience!
Dr. Lee is the Sweetest & I can't say enough of her hygienist, Kiara - we come back again & again due to these 2!

Surprisingly, a very pleasant experience with excellent doctors and staff. Feeling quite secure with their work and recommendations and I highly recommend them. Due to past experiences, I’m rather picky about my dental care, but excited I finally found a trustworthy and professional clinic in this area to care for me and my family’s needs. You won’t go wrong with this one.
