During my recent 6 month visit, my dental hygienist did a particularly amazing job cleaning my teeth. My teeth have never been so clean! She removed my food stains and deep cleaned my teeth. If you want a visit that lasts almost twice as long as you're told it will and then also want your "dentist" to go check someone else's x-rays while in the middle of drilling your tooth, you're in luck! This is what I experienced today. The staff is nice enough but if you're getting more than a checkup done, don't expect to be impressed.
Follow up, went in to get a permanent crown attached. The "dentist" tried shaving down the new crown to get it to fit and when it wouldn't, tried to grind off some of my other teeth so that their incorrectly made crown would fit. Julie Ring is a joke and deserves none of the recognition she has.

Generation and Dr. Ring are the BEST! I’ve entrusted them with caring for and maintaining my choppers for 10 years or so, and have not had a single complaint. Root canal, filling restoration and re-do, as well as Tri-annual cleanings. You won’t go wrong with Generation!

BEWARE - they will charge you a $50 fee for missing an appointment, no matter your reason for missing it. They do not state this policy on their website, reminder emails, or reminder texts. There is no 'warning' for the first missed appointment... you just get slapped with a $50 fee the first time.
Also, one time I went in for a cleaning and the woman working the front desk told me they were going back through their accounting and realized I should have been charge some $80 for something I had done a year prior... I was shocked, and the woman was so nice about it that I just paid it. Looking back, I should have realized that this office is only in it for the $$$$, and I should have left back then.
I'm switching dentists now. It's a shame because Dr. Ring was nice and professional.
**NOTE: I'm suspicious of all the 5 star reviews because I think I remember seeing that you could get some discount if you left a good review.**

Felt comfortable with Covid 19 protections Dr Ring has in place. Friendly team. All good! My teeth are cleaner this time than I’ve ever had them. Great job by everyone.
