My 19-year old son had a horrific experience with them just before Thanksgiving when he was running 10 minutes late due to traffic and called the office to let them know. They told him it was fine in to come in and when he got there as stated they told him that they were canceling his appointment and charging him a $50 fee for a missed appointment. They made him reschedule his appointment at that time. I called the office to discuss it with them 20 minutes later. He had never been late to an appointment and had been coming from North County. Never had this group gotten us back withi even 30 minutes but had the audacity to send us a bill. We will no longer be patients. .we just aren't perfect enough and there are almost 3000 other dentists in our network. :-( Bad place, not recommended.
