Everyone here is so friendly and they make you feel very comfortable from the moment you walk in the door to going being back in the chair.
It was a nice experience and I will be bringing my kids for a future visit as well. I think we have just found our new permanent dentist Thank you all!

5 stars aren’t near enough to reflect my amazing experience at radiance dental today! I would give 1000 stars if google would let me! 100% professional start to finish: from the upscale lobby, delicious kuerig coffee, state of the art equipment, and not to mention the well lit halls. Manager was personable, positive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door through checkout. Hygienist, DA, and doctor were interactive and efficient. The quality of services and pricing was far superior than any other office in the area I have tried. I found my new home for dental care! Give them a try today, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

I recently had a dental cleaning and have been going to this dentist office for several years. When I arrive I found out that the Dentist and both dental hygienists had quit! I asked why I wasn't told that when I made the appointment and corporate had advised this office NOT to tell patients. This is incredibly shady and I still don't know why everyone quit. They should have told me when I made the apt and I would have waited until they re-staffed. They had a "floating" dentist there who clearly had not cleaned teeth in a very long time b/c he did a terrible job. Very nice guy and dentist but NOT a dental hygienist. This was very disappointing and I will not be going back.

Just love the staff at Radiance Dental and the new Dr - Dr Shapiro is terrific! I have been a patient here for 7 yrs and it was a rough ride through the changes when Dr Elster left but so glad I stuck with them. It was definitely worth it!

Dentist and hygienist seemed just above average. Some people, like me, dread dentist appointments. Hygienist was helpful, positive, and not rushed/rough/rude.
However the scheduling and front desk staff were HORRENDOUS, that was over and over a terrible experience. Scheduled regular cleaning to check in after postponing for pregnancy morning sickness. Told staff I was 7 months pregnant, had trouble with cleaning in the past while pregnant, was >6 mos overdue for appointment. Said no worries come on in. At appointment they declared policy that I could not get full standard routine screening exam. The x-rays can't be done without doctor note. This is bogus! Not to mention they were aware and did not even attempt to warn me or help me follow their protocol. Options are forego standard screening or reschedule, more time off work, come back in my final month of pregnancy or with a newborn?!? My appointment was standing for 6 weeks and the week before, I started getting daily phone calls to confirm my reservation for my appointment, and call back ornit would be lost. The deadline to "losing the reservation" for my APPOINTMENT kept backing up. It's not a reservation, it's an appointment. There can be a policy of no-shows paying fee to cancel, but I've never heard of a medical office canceling the patient because they didn't "confirm a reservation" for a scheduled appointment! Strange and terrible business model!

I have been a patient there for 4 years and went through the chaos of my dentist suddenly leaving, hiring several "temps" and I was stuck there after my initial treatments needed to be revised per the new dentist. They didn't bother to notify patients of any of the repeated changes, and saying the new dentist was not a temp, now he's gone too. How can I build any trust with them? They haven't quite gotten it right. Not sure if I'll stay, especially after the most recent failures.

I miss Dr Elster and the next one Dr Shapiro. Wish you could keep a doctor. Makes me think there’s a reason they’re leaving. Should I??

Everyone at radiance was amazing! Kim, my hygienist was very thorough and kind. Denise who did the X-rays was also great. Dr. Shapiro was very friendly and Hannah, in the office, was very efficient and helpful.

Radiance dental was nothing short of absolutely wonderful! From the sweet girls at the front desk, to the nice dental assistant and then to the great doctor himself. They lack nothing in costumer service. Made going to the dentist actually ENJOYABLE! 10/10 would recommend

The staff at Radiance Dental were very friendly. While not rushing the appointment while short staffed they made sure I was comfortable and made sure not to waste time. Dentist appointments are never fun for me but they made the appointment easier to handle.

I had to change dentist due to insurance and just had my first visit. A very nice experience. The front desk person was very friendly and efficient. The hygienist was great. Looks like I found a new home.
