Dr Nick’s office staff is extremely rude. I know that his office has had multiple payments from my insurance and he’s also the only person that takes HSI in Columbia so folks are forced to go there. I’ve had appointments where I know I was charged where almost nothing had been done. That aside, I had had enough of the rudeness of the office staff and I asked to talk to Dr Nick or to have his direct email. It was never provided, and I still haven’t heard from him until I got a letter saying they would not be continuing my care. They’ve been paid thousands of dollars and I called to say I would be fifteen minutes late (for a cleaning AND an appointment where I was still in pain from dental work that they did) and I was met with rudeness and was told there wasn’t an appointment for months after I had just been told by the hygienist the day previously that there were multiple appointments that day and the following week. I think it’s cowardly to not even respond to a patient making a complaint and to employ two receptionists who treat the people who give you money like garbage. And I have further complaints, but I’ll make them with the appropriate agency. Also I’m STILL in pain and the letter says they will still treat me for the next month but to do that they need to respond to one of my multiple messages. Shameful.
