St. Louis Center for Aesthetic & Restorative Dentistry

St Louis Center For Aesthetic & Restorative Dentistry is amazing. The office is state of the art, the staff are very friendly and professional. I walk in get greeted, sign in on a computer (no paper forms). Only a few minutes later I am sitting in the chair in a room with a flat screen TV and cable. Those things are all great, but the excellent care I have recieved is the real reason I have been a patient for 24 years. Thank you Dr.Norouzi for everything.

I had the same a Google User. I paid all the money for a crown and it fell out and Dr. Norouzi refused to put it back in free of charge because I had not had my teeth cleaned because I had no insurance and no money, she refused to put it back in for those reasons.
I had an appointment for the first time there in four years and the day I made my appointment, the receptionist said she would verify my insurance and call me back, well she never called back, so then I make to my appointment on time and they start the process and I explain to Jackie that I never received a call back from them regarding my insurance. The really nice lady does the x-ray and then we find out I don't have insurance. Jackie calls me in the office and tells me if she doesn't hear from me by 10am, she's going to have to bill me. It's not my fault that they didn't check ahead and decided to go on the render the services. I get to work only to find out I do have insurance. I called Jackie to let her know this, but I will NOT be going back there. They are about the money. I will find another dentist. I have given Dr. Norouzi so much money. I thunk they are super kind to you when you have insurance. I will take my insurance somewhere else.

You will NEVER find a dentist that cares more about her patients than Dr. Norouzi! She stood up to me when she saw that I was making a terrible choice, even though it would have netted her more money. I would recommend her and St. Louis Center for anyone and everyone! She'll make you smile like never before!

The atmosphere of this establishment is awesome! Everyone welcomes you! Dr. Bell's staff explains and shows you how your teeth are and give you options on what you should have in order to have that wonderful smile.
I recommend him to everyone, they are a great staff and dentistry team.

Dr. Bell is a Magician! I had so much going on with cracks on the underside of old crowns, cavities and more! When I say more I am specifically speaking of a root canal I was supposed to have gotten from my last dentist two years ago. I’m so happy with Dr. Bell and his team. My smile is back! I thought that I would go broke trying to get everything done and it stressed me out but Dr. Bells team did only the work that was absolutely necessary and combined treatments only when I could afford it to be done that way. I’m extremely happy!

This is by far the worst dental experience and dentist I've ever had. I when to Dr. Norouzi for over 6 years. During this time, I had two bridges in which she had to replace them both at least 3 times due to faulty dental work. Then she convinced me to get an implant within a few months the abutment broke. She then had to replace the whole implant which later fell out. She replaced it again and less than 6 months later the crown began to move. I have paid her over $7000 for dental work and now my new dentist said 90% of it has to be redone. Please don't waste your time. Just google her name. Her licenses should be revoked.

I was very nervous when I walked into the dentist office the staff was pleasant I didn’t have to wait long at all when Dr. Bell explained to me what was happening why my tooth was giving me problems and it had to come out my nerves shot up again , he could tell I was afraid he stop talking and ask me what did I want are you okay, do you want to wait he put his hand on my shoulder with concern I thought to myself he has a GREAT bedside manner. I told him okay we will do this I’m still nervous he played some nice jazz music and he smelled like a fresh bounce sheet for the dryer that was my focus don’t asked me why but it worked he would stop and ask if I was okay I would give him the thumbs up. All I know is that he was the nicest Doctor I every went to God bless Dr. Bell I will follow this doctor from now on ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️he is a keeper

Worst ever! The dentist was nice the two times I met her out of the 5 times I've been there. Every time I go there's an issue. I take off work to go to this dentist! But every time I go I.can not be seen for some crazy reason! I wish they would just tell me over the phone that they can't see me because I call about 5x's before I go to make sure everything is in order! They're messing up my pay check and I need the whole paycheck just to afford them! I do not recommend this office. 😡

Honestly; the worst experience I have ever had with dentist. This is dishonest office; I came there first time with a pain wanting for Dr. Naurozi -to fix it. I came after working 12 hour shift; with a pain; apparently they gave me whole treatment plan including implants to sign which was very confusing and later on I found out very costly thousands of dollars to say the least. I signed this; not knowing that there was a print in it that I am obligated to keep coming to this dishonest office for completion of the entire treatment plan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I was tricked into this;cried on many occasions after; this place demanded more money because Treatment was changing and expenses were increasing. Not only that; I was told that if anything goes wrong dr. Naurozi would fix work on implants free of charge. Well; after this traumatic experience I came to her because one of the implant fell off and on the other one the crown came off- . Dr. Naurozi stated she can't fix those because I did not get cleaning done in her office that why she would have to charge me to fix any of that. I am very very very dissatisfied. Anytime I think about it; I want to sue her.

Please do NOT visit this office. She charged my mother $4000 for a root canal and crown (which is outrageous) and then broke another tooth while performing the procedure. The work was never completed because the crown didn't fit the 2 times my mother went in to get it cemented and the tooth she broke wasn't repaired correctly and the filling crumbled. After another appointment got cancelled because the crown again wasn't ready my mom got too scared to get any more work done by her. I finally took my mom to my dentist and she now has to pay $1000 for the crown (which is a reasonable rate) as well as a crown on the one that was broken by Dr. Norouzi, she also still has an abscess in the tooth that had a root canal. I highly suggest doing your homework on her. She was on probation until March of this year and had a patient die in her office as well (google Dr Norouzi death). Seems highly unethical and driven to suck as much money out of people as possible. I can only assume the good reviews are from her staff/friends, particularly MsShaolin777 whose review is likely not from a patient by the looks of it. On top of it all? She is STILL calling my mom daily to harass her for the rest of the money for work that was never done.
