St. Louis Center for Aesthetic & Restorative Dentistry

Almost done with Invisalign. Although I'm happy with my teeth (not the cost - as they are out of network and I paid 2x as much.) I think the owner's taken on too much and doesn't show as much customer service as she should. I've almost exclusively worked with Becky for the last 8 months. Becky's the only reason I still go back. But if you're still looking around for dentistry/invisalign I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

At a recent cleaning a cavity was discovered. At both the cleaning and the appointment to have the cavity filled, every single person was very nice and professional. All the treatments were done really well and I would recommend checking out Dr. Norouzi's practice if you're in need of a dentist.

Dr. Mikal Bell is a wonderful dentist. I had a lot going on and he was very accommodating. Dr. Bell is very detailed and made sure i knew what to expect. Also the staff is friendly, they spend time with their clients and they are easy to talk with. I was seen prompltly and handled with upmost care. Dr. Bell's dental office is the best!! .

I have been to multiple dentistry places in STL and St. Louis Center for Aesthetic & Restorative Dentistry is by far the greatest. From the moment I walked in, I recognized familiar faces at the desk and was greeted. Friendly, talkative, and easy to get along with; these words all come to mind when thinking about the staff of the beautiful Dr. Guilan Norouzi. Dr. Norouzi is incredibly nice because she takes the time and effort to see each patient and care for them individually. Definitely going back in 6 months for checkup!!

I would give zero stars if possible. This place made me terrified to go to a dentist ever again. Spent 8 hours there in the chair for a crown. Then they insisted on a root canal. They did not wait till I was numb all the way. Literally crying in the chair from pain and was told to sit still. They would not do anything. I can to another dentist and he said the work looked incomplete. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Way over priced and not worth the hours they keep you. The head lady even took my phone once then went and answered her cell while working on me. Terrible.

I would not recommend my worst enemy to go this over charging , money hungry woman dentist ,She keep you there way to many hours for unnecessary wait time because she is going from room to room working on other patients , too dam cheap to hire more dentist. Like I said money hungry , and Becky is her lap dog. Do not go there ...

Out of network, really unorganized, make you wait when you have an appointment - I drove an hour twice when they called and confirmed my appointment only to get there and 'they didn't have an appointment' talked to the owner directly after saying I was disappointed and her response was 'I'm disappointed too - you think owning a dentist practice is easy?' No apology. Just sarcasm. Go somewhere else!

Becky the assistant told me they could use numbing cream to numb the area before the injections I was so relieved when I didn't feel the shots and the tooth was taken care of and I left feeling good about the experience and will be using Dr. Norouzi as my dentist from now on.

She is a butcher just after insurance money !!! Did a temp filling and her staff did not ck my last antibiotic closely enough.....it was a yr previous, so I ended up with a huge absess and infection. They will also make financial arrangements with you and break them. BEWARE !!

The office is clean always and the staff are so compassionate. My favorite Dentist hands down, she rocks!!! Her work is excellent.
