We were making a family of three dentist switch. The office staff spent 25 patient minutes on the phone getting everyone set up. They then went above and beyond to review our insurance (by calling the carrier TWICE) due to issues we were having with our prior dentist and billing. Today was first visit, it was timely and thorough. Dr. Suchman called me back to consult on child one’s teeth and made sure there were no concerns or questions. Everyone was kind, professional and cheerful. Wished I had made the switch sooner.
