I had a filling fall out from another dentist , called Young Family at 8 am this morning . They got me in , fixed my filling . Dr.Young was wonderful as was his staff! So great I made an appointment for a cleaning for me and my husband !!!! I give them 5 stars🤗

Quality of work was excellent and the procedure was completed quickly. I was somewhat disappointed that I was charged to reapply a crown that was originally installed at this facility. The crown was older than I originally thought and I realize other items contributed to it coming off.

Amazing! Broke my front tooth at 1230 I’m pulling out of their parking lot at 430 with it fixed. They had never seen me before I called right when I broke my tooth they squeezed me in as an emergency visit got me fixed up better than new. Highly recommend!

Called to get a price quote for a bond on my lateral incisor. I do not have dental insurance so an estimate of what I would need to pay was important. They lady I talked to told me what a partial exam would be, what an xray would be, etc.. but never answering my question. I politely asked again what a quote would be and still she could not give me an answer. To me this is very frustrating because I again do not have dental insurance so my cost is completely out of pocket. I told her "thank you for your time" and called Smiles of Joplin Dentistry. I asked the lady that answered the same question. She said she could give me a rough estimate. I said that would be fine so I could have an idea of the cost. Smiles answered the question I asked directly. Probably no suprise as to where I will be going. Maybe next time Young family.

I had several things going on today and I was already out and about.
The roads weren't the greatest but I was already in Joplin and had driven several miles with no issues.
My staff were at work. Other businesses were open. WHY ARE YOU NOT OPEN!!!!!!!
