My son went in to have a scan done for invisiline. After a few days the front desk reception informed us his treatment would require 31 trays. When we called to get the rest of the information on pricing etc the front desk receptionist named Melissa unilaterally and without consultation with the doctor refused his treatment and refused to provide his scan information and records to be taken to another practitioner.
That receptionist also called Dr Gordon’s sons office Dr Phillip Gordon of Leawood Kansas and told them to not take his case for no other reason than personal vindictiveness with total disregard to patient care or suitability for treatment.

I've lived in 12 cities in 7 different states and had dentists in each of these locations - in some cases, multiple dentists per city. Dr. Gordon is, without question, the most skilled and professional of them all - and by an extremely wide margin. In fact, he's "fixing" most of the subpar workmanship received from some of those other dentists. His office is also enormously professional and caring. Just one of many examples - My daughter and I both coincidentally had a crown pop off on the same exact day - crowns that were placed by one of our previous dentists. Dr Gordon's staff was able to get us both in to fix our crowns within a day despite being fully booked just because he knew we needed help. We'll never go anywhere else as long as we're within driving distance of Dr. Gordon's office. I'm a patient for life.

Honestly, the best experience I've had at a dental office. They are very caring and gentle. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. Including my friends and family.

Dr. K and Amber made the process of having multiple cavities filled as pleasant as possible. Clearly, both have a passion for dentistry and a deep care for their patients. While it may be out of my realm of understanding, they find a lot of satisfaction working in people'a mouths. I may not share their passion, but I'm sure thankful for their expertise and positivity!

I cannot tell you enough how important it is to go to an experienced, dedicated, and caring dentist as Dr. John Gordon. I came from a dentist who messed up my teeth and really hurt me.
