Dr. Gordon and his staff are amazing. I had to have a tooth pulled yesterday and was very nervous. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and taken back to room where everything was explained to me and all my questions were answered. Dr. Gordon calmed my nerves with his detailed explanation and Began to numb the area around the tooth. I did not feel a thing during the numbing process or wile the tooth was being removed. Dr. Gordon and his team are very professional and make Sure you know your going to get the best treatment. I would not go to any other dentist in the Kansas City area because Dr. Gordon in the best!

Initial appointment with Gordan Dental was wonderful. I was greated immediately by name and smiles everywhere. I was provided with a tour of the office and introduced to all of the staff members. To me, this really set them apart from other dentists because they took the time to make me feel comfortable and feel like I'd know who would be taking care of me. My hygienist took wonderful care of my teeth, ensuring that I was squeaky clean and I really appreciated that. I look forward to the my next appointment

UPDATE: In the midst of Dr. John’s retirement, the staff has been working to transition the office and all of us patients to Dr. Tyler. He has taken over my care of Dr. John and it’s been seamless. He has done a molar implant, some bonding work, and a bonding repair for me. He is detail-oriented and even took an impression of my teeth to create a model for me so I could see what the work would look like after. He is open to feedback from me, the patient, so I feel we and the staff are all working together on my smile. I still need a crown placement, and I’m actually glad I have reason to come back and see Dr. Tyler and all the amazing girls here who have become my friends :)

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. John and his entire staff. At my initial consultation, they offered a full comprehensive orthodontic treatment plan which included every photo of my teeth and mouth possible, at no cost to me. I felt if they did that much legwork up front, they’d certainly continue the same high-level of quality and care for the duration of my time as a patient, and so far, that’s been absolutely the case! My toddler had her first dentist visit here, the staff gifted my husband and me flowers when they found out we are expecting, and I know every one of them by name. People often tout “great customer service” — this office and its people actually offer it, and I will never again give another dental office my time or financial investment. You’ll be so happy you went to Gordon Dental!

I've been going to Gordon Dental for several years for services ranging from cleanings to a root canal and crowns. I've been extremely happy with the service and skill the technicians and doctors practice. The staff is always very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. I originally came to Gordon Dental on a recommendation because I was having trouble with nerves not numbing during dental procedures. Both Drs. addressed my concerns and I've never had any problems during procedures. I would highly recommend Gordon Dental!

I had a filling fall out that had been done at a different office. Everything at Gordon Dental from the moment I made the appointment and easy, fast and professional. The front desk staff was sharply dressed and had friendly smiles. The dentist is not my favorite place to hang out, but Dr. Gordon and his staff made it a smooth visit. Oh, and Georgie the office puppy to! I was so impressed I went ahead and made an appointment for my son and I to get our cleanings done!

I had seven cavities to fill and Dr. Gordon made it the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a dentist. He was absolutely amazing and the nicest person. His assistants and pretty much everyone in the office were wonderful. The next day I had Zoom! Whitening done, and while t was extremely excruciating due to my sensitive teeth... the doctors were very helpful in making sure first that I was okay and even going as far as prescribing me heavier pain killers. I would definitely go back to Dr. Gordon.

Dr. John Gordon and his staff has built my confidence with the work that they did. I just want to thank you guys for making it possible for me to match the brightness I have from within and show it outwards with my beautiful smile. Kayla was such an amazing hygienist and made me feel super comfortable. I would highly recommend them if you want a perfect smile.
