The dental work and dental team was great!
The receptionists or billing team was not! I paid my co-pay and my insurance covered their part and the billing team told me that I did not owe anything else. I later received a bill and I called about it and they stated that I did not owe that, and that there was an error on their system. I went to my next appointment for cleaning and afterwards I mention that and they said that I did not owe anything else. I received another bill and called them and they again stated I did not owe anything. Now after a year has gone by they call me and say I owe them.
Patients should not have to pay for the providers mistakes!

Four states did an amazing job. I called them with pain in my wisdom tooth and they extracted it the same day. They were very professional. Dr. Soto made sure I was numb before he started. They did a great job.
