I called and made an appointment for my mom. Gave them her information and confirmed they could take chemotherapy patients. Once my mom got to the place and filled everything out they told her they would not see her because one of her children had a balance that was not paid. All of her children are over the age of 18 and were at the time of the appointment. I have never heard of a place making someone else pay their other patients bills. I'm livid. My mom has waited a week to be seen and is in pain and now has to start the process all over again. Would not recommend. Emily sutherland is heartless and money hungry. The kicker is they took all her information over the phone and could of told us this over the phone instead of wasting everyone's time.

Love this place!! Been getting my teeth cleaned here for 5 years, even when it was Dr. Butterfield's. The entire staff is incredibly engaging and accommodating! My 4yr has Aspergers ( High-functioning Autism) and they were able to make it interesting and fun ! 😁
