My family & I went to another local dentist for years until we changed our insurance and our former dentist wouldn't work with our new insurance company. We started going to Copper Creek 3 years ago and they have been awesome! Great service, very friendly staff & not pressured to do extra procedures. I highly recommend going to Copper Creek.

I hate going to the dentist. Always have. I avoid it if I can but I can't any longer. I can't express how grateful I am that I found Copper Creek. Every visit has been great. The staff, all of them, are competent, professional, pleasant and very good at what they do. Much less pain than I remember from my childhood. Still don't plan on going more than I have to but not dreading it anymore.

Recently I had a significant procedure done and could not be more pleased with the results. The communication and professionalism by the Doctor and staff were top notch. The procedure was complicated but went perfect. My healing has gone according to plan as well. I highly recommend this office. Most importantly, during my procedure the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was ok, comfortable and made it known I was in good hands. I am specifically grateful for this.

I went here for my 6 month check up knowing I was going to have a few cavities and I LOVE that they make a dental plan for you. The receptionists are always easy to communicate with and the dental hygienists are so nice and easy with the instruments. I had the first 2 parts of my plan done by the female dentist (I feel horrible about not remembering her name) and she was amazing!! I had the last part of my plan done by the man who has replaced the woman and he was very welcoming and awesome as well! He even fixed an issue I was having when I came in. HIGHLY recommend if you love nice, gentle and on top of it staff members.

Dr Jacoby is the best dentist I've ever seen.
I've been laughed at, they shake their head at me and tell me they can't help me. But Dr Jacoby took on the challenge of fixing my teeth. It is truly amazing what he has been able to do. Thanks Dr. Jacoby!

I moved top Ozark recently, and was in search of a new dentist. I'm so glad I chose Copper Creek! The entire staff is very friendly. They worked with my insurance, so I didn't have to mess with all the back and forth. My hygienist was very gentle but thorough and was attentive for the entire visit. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

I LOVE Doctor Jacoby and his staff! I had a really bad experience with a previous dentist when my oldest daughter was 3, and was afraid to take my kids back to a dentist until they were older. She is now almost 8, and she and her 6 year old and 3 year old sisters all LOVE going here! They quickly got my girls all settled into the same room where they could help each other out while I was in the chair a couple of rooms down.. The hygienists are fanominal with the kids! I can't say enough good things about this clinic!

Yesterday, one of the rubberbands on my braces broke. It was on a tooth that had a spring moving it and it caused my tooth to start moving backwards and was causing a lot of pain. Unfortunately, the orthodontist that I am seeing was not able to see me until next week. I stopped into Copper Creek to simply see if I could buy a rubberband so I could attempt to reattach it. The receptionist was immediately happy to help and took me back and they realigned the tooth and attached the band themselves. With all they did they did not charge me for the assistance they provided. It is rare these days to have someone step up to help someone out, be professional, and immediately provide help where they can. I cannot recommend them enough and you cannot go wrong seeing them. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
