Buzbee Dental

We love Buzbee Dental! The doctors and ALL the staff are awesome! We see Dr. Tyler for dental and Dr. Todd for ortho and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience there. The entire crew there is top notch!

I called Dr. Buzbee's office around a year ago because I had a tooth that had broke off. I didn't have a dentist and the girls that I work with highly recommended this office. I got in that day and had a root canal done that day. I am a big baby when it comes to the dentist (I have been to several dentists and have not had the best experiences) so I was not wanting to have this done but knew that I needed to. Tyler was the dentist I saw and he was very kind and helpful as was the rest of his staff. After I had this issue taken care of I went back to his office and had a full work up done and that was no easy task. I had the worst time with the xrays but the Meghan was fantastic and got me through them again it was not easy! Dr. Buzbee went over everything with me (I have a lot of dental issues) and had a hygienist come in and go over the type of cleaning I need and what my insurance would pay. I could not afford that so they gave me options, like going to OTC to have there school help me out, it was a little to pricy for me as well so I have not had that done yet. I called the office on Tuesday for another (almost) broken tooth and they got me in today and Tyler fixed the problem and now I am back at work. They do great work and the entire staff is very nice.

I have nothing but great things to say about the entire Buzbee Dental Team! Their office utilizes amazing technology, and I feel like I really am getting the best care available. Even better, my daughter LOVES (this is not an exaggeration) going to the dentist. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dental home.

I've been coming to Buzbee Dental since 1994. From the beginning they have worked with me on appointments, insurance/payments and other dental matters and never felt like I was just another patient... Aside from being excellent in their dental knowledge, they really care about me. Have worked with me on appointments/rescheduling when I had to travel or even to rush in due to a dental emergency with little notice (calling ahead can go along ways!)
Dental chairs: feel like I could sleep in them
Professionalism: 5 stars ( out of five).
Dental knowledge: extreme (thats what you want...)
Technology: first rate.

And no, I'm not related and no I'm not getting a discount for writing this. I am sensitive to dental pain after a bad root canal experience in my childhood, so I don't give recommendations of dentists, of all professionals, lightly.

Dr. Tyler and the team are amazing. I couldn't ask for a better dentist! Dr. Tyler always takes time to listen, answer all my questions, and he always provides the best care. Dr. Tyler and Megan even rearranged their day off to fit me in due to my scheduling conflicts. I'm always treated with respect, kindness, a fun environment and exceptional care. I've gone to Dr. Tyler for 5 years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Shout out to Megan, too- she's beyond amazing at everything and ensures you're always comfortable.

The Buzbee Team is awesome! Dr. Tyler and his staff go out of their way to make every experience a positive one. I couldn't be more pleased with the great dental care I have received over the years!

Twenty-Six years ago I had a scheduled C-section. They had difficulty intubating me, but they were successful on the fourth try. Consequently, my teeth were chipped and uneven. I would mention this to different dentists over the years and they would smile and never did anything about it. Dr. Tyler actually listened to me and did something. The fifteen minute procedure made all the difference. I love my teeth now! They are smooth, even, feel more secure and look so much better. Thank you Dr. Tyler! --Sheri Pfaff

I have been going to Buzbee Dental for over 5 years and the entire staff is consistantly pleasnt, personable, highly professional and takes the time to answer any questions and concerns I may have. Dr. Todd is my dentist and did my 1st crown and root canal. He does exceptional work, took more than adequate time to explain the procedures and answer all of my questions and concerns and has saved me money time and time again. I am the Director of Client Relations for a Springfield company in the Health Insurance Industry and I will continue to recommend Buzbee Dental to clients and friends!
