As someone who isn't head-over-heels about dental work, I hereby proclaim that Dr. Gary is as phenomenal as dentists get! He is personable, happy, and caring, yet serious and knowledgeable. More than once, he has provided services above and beyond what is covered or expected, simply in the name of dentistry.
The office is clean and modern, with a sensible layout. The staff is consistently professional and kind. They listen and ask questions, and are invested in their patients' care. Buzbee Dental is an honest company; they will not rip you off. In fact, in the six years I've been a patient I'm certain that they purposefully didn't charge me when they could have. I've never had a bad experience there; that includes repairing another dentist's mistake, a root canal, crown adjustments, a recent replacement filling, and just the regular old cleanings.
They deserve every 5-star review on here, and I sincerely believe any 1-star reviews they've received can be safely disregarded.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gary Buzbee for decades. I cannot explain my experiences other than to say the care given to me has always been extremely professional and caring. The oral hygienists, Laura and Patty, in particular, as well as others who might have helped me throughout the years have always made a point to make sure I am comfortable and at ease during any procedures or exams. I am so impressed with this practice! My kids visited the dentist for the first time here, and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Tyler filled a cavity my son had and did a phenomenal job of giving me information before and after, and even sent a follow up text that evening to check on him. Since moving to the Springfield area from Des Moines, Iowa recently, I was blessed and excited to have found Buzbee Dental!!! I have read over every single review left on this feed and I just want to say this..... I have had appointments and procedures with all three of these fine gentlemen, Dr. Gary, Dr Todd and Dr. Tyler and I have nothing but the utmost respect and appreciation for them, and everyone that works at Buzbee Dental. From the time you step into their office, you are treated as a REAL PERSON and not just another dollar sign!!!! I have two wonderful things I would like to discuss about Buzbee Dental and Dr. Tyler.
First of all, I have been a patient at Buzbee for the past five years and I have great respect for the work they do. Everyone on staff is professional and knowledgeable. They make me feel very comfortable and I actually look forward to going to the dentist. Dr. Tyler is a wonderful doctor and I know I am being taken care of.
Secondly, Dr. Tyler and Buzbee Dental go above and beyond for their community. I am a teacher within the SPS school district and anytime I ask for a partnership or express a need of my school/students, Dr. Tyler is more than willing to fulfill. They are invested in our community and their contribution is admirable. I can't speak highly enough of the partnership his office has created with my school.
Anyone who asks for a dentist recommendation, hands down this is the place to go!

The people and the atmosphere are excellent at Buzbee.I had some bad experiences at other dental offices in this area and thought that I had to live with them.Tyler,Megan and the rest of the staff were very helpful and took the time to listen to what had happened and quickly made a treatment plan that worked best for my situation.I honestly had forgotten how good Tyler and his gang are.So happy to be back.Thank you Buzbee Dental!!!
