They made good on their word of calling me if a cancellation could get me in earlier. It was my first time in this office and they made me comfortable from the start. They answered all my questions and explained everything they were going to do during my appointment. I knew what to expect to pay when I left, that was appreciated as well.

The dentists and hygienists were great. Just make sure to verify the costs with the ladies up front, because even when you speak to them two days before the appointment, they'll wait til you're in the chair to spring extra out of pocket costs on you and then act like you're the one inconveniencing them when you ask what has changed. Will be taking my family elsewhere after how I was spoken to today by the front office person.

Dr. Buz, Shanda and honestly the whole staff are like family at this point. I was in the predicament I was in because of my fear of dentists and my past bad experiences. Dr. Buz and Shanda made me feel right at home, supported and safe. I will never go anywhere else. Dr. Buz's personality doesn't hurt...he keeps you smiling, engaged and comfortable. Shanda is an angel straight from heaven. Chesterfield family dental is top notch!! Love them!

I went in to Chesterfield Family Dental after making an appointment because one of my veneers chipped pretty badly. From the moment I walked in, the ladies at the front desk were exceptional in customer service. I went back to see Dr. Brock who I can 100% say is the best Dentist I've ever seen. Dr. Brock's Dental Assistant was also very nice, she made me feel so comfortable and she was such a joy to be around during my visit. I could tell she really loves her job and she takes great pride in her work and her interaction with me was amazing it felt like I had known her for years. I actually kept the chipped part of my veneer, and Dr. Brock was able to repair it temporarily all within 45 minutes. Absolutely exceptional service, he is very knowledgeable and explained to me everything that he would be doing to temporarily repair my tooth. He is such a professional Dentist. I 100% found my new Dentist here in Springfield and I highly recommend Chesterfield Family Dental for all of your Dental needs.

The entire staff was very welcoming and the atmosphere of this office is unmatched! I’ve used Dr. Roger Buzzbee for a good many years - and there’s one simple reason: He is truly great (maybe the best) is Springfield. How do I know this? Here’s how:
- Training. (Not) just the initial schooling…but later in his career and the Las Vegas program - that is a majorly legit place to learn.
Others in the Industry: I’ve sent people here to this practice, which had many years of experience in dental. These folks will be the most critical and find fault in something dental. Ah, but going to Dr. Roger Buzzbee - they DO NOT. Quite the opposite - they respect and sing the praises to the practice.
People Working There: Sure, this could be a biased bunch of folks. BUT, listen closely to how they speak. Nobody in there is new to the dental industry. And they’ll speak in terms of “They’ve never seen equipment like this in a place - the equipment is so advanced”. You as a patient - that’s what you want. They’ll also talk of the hand skills of Dr. Roger Buzzbee. This again, as a patient, this is what you want and what you’re paying for.
Personality Trait: Dr. Roger Buzzbee is a perfectionist. I won’t go into how this works to your advantage about (8) different ways. But when it comes to the proper treatment plans, versus financial gain for the provider. When it comes to most subtle of detail, which leads to the right patient outcome the first time; a perfectionist is who you want on your side; each and every time.
Dentist can have those swank buildings on Hwy 65, Primrose, or S. Campbell. And Dr, Roger Buzzbee’s is no throwaway place. But no matter the four walls the services are provided - nobody can compare to Dr. Roger Buzzbee.
Oh…FYI….Dr. Brock Buzzbee (Roger’s son) is in this same practice. He may not have the same experience level - sure - he’s newer being out of school. But look at who he has a resource in his place. Or…look at who his biggest critic is, as he works with his own patient base. Correct, the perfectionist, Dr. Roger Buzzbee. Again, what you want on your side and being f service to you.

Dr. Buzbee has been my go-to dentist for YEARS and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’ve seen many others in my lifetime and he and his staff are people I keep coming back to, simply because no other office compares. He reworked bad, archaic dentistry from my childhood and stays up to date on advances in tech and dentistry so the money I spend with them isn’t wasted on outdated or unnecessary practices, which I really appreciate. Professionalism meets kindness meets results is what you’ll get by being a patient here.

The staff here is phenomenal!! I have horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist and they completely put me at ease with no judgement. The lobby was full when I got there and everyone was sent back within a few minutes. They were all very prompt and professional, so grateful to have found an office I can trust!!!
