Grandma Was Right
I would recommend Dr Roger and his staff to everyone. They make you feel comfortable and welcome from the moment you arrive until the end of each visit. The whole staff is very professional and personable and do an excellent job of taking great care of your smile. The hygienists are excellent and do such a thorough job. Dr Roger is very skilled and always gentle and pain free and he and his assistants keep you laughing throughout your visit. Had my six month checkup today. They have the sanitation and safety checks all in place and I felt very protected and safe. This is the best team and always professional. They always make you feel like old friends! I have gone here for several years and highly recommend Dr Roger!

Best Dental office I have been to. Very clean office, extremely kind staff, and Dr. Buzbee has a wonderful personality, he really makes you feel relaxed and is one of those people that I instantly clicked with, like I've known him forever
he has a great sense of humor. They all made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I'm not saying it was the greatest day of my life, and getting my tooth repaired was 100% pain free but having a small mouth and a broken tooth wasn't easy for the Dr either, yet he was gentle, kept Kool and did all he could to make sure I was doing ok the whole time. To be honest nobody likes the dentist, sorry Dr. BUZBEE, but if you have to go this is the place I would recommend. I will be going at least twice a year for my cleanings again like I use to before I had bad experiences at other dentist offices.

I’ve been to Chesterfield family dental as a new patient twice this week, and I must say I’m very impressed. I hadn’t been to a dentist in over a year. They were kind & compassionate and didn’t guilt trip me over my inability to care for my teeth as well as I normally do over the past year. Everyone in the office was friendly & put me right at ease. The doctor was professional and had great bedside manner. I won’t be going anywhere else while I live in Springfield!

Had 6 cavities filled here today and it wasn't too bad. The staff is friendly and efficient, the office is following good safety standards for covid, and they just seem like a great team.
During my fillings, they even gave me headphones and my choice of music to tune things out. If it wasn't for the fact that they were drilling into my teeth, I was comfortable enough to fall asleep.
