When I left this office and tried to go elsewhere I realized Galleria dental was my only choice if I wanted the best care possible in the business!

I'm a big chicken when it comes to dentists but my visit with Dr. Tolliver today to rebuild a tooth was great...not only did I not feel any pain but him and his staff made me feel comfortable and a calm...that's HUGE!!! I highly recommend Galleria Dental!!!

my family used to come here for years, so when i was having a jaw issue i went in on an initial visit to get a jaw issue fixed. we had an issue with my insurance that was a mistake on my part, but was fixed before the appointment began. when checking in, i asked what the fee would be for my first appointment. i was told that with my insurance they usually will cover the first visit, and if not then they will write it off typically, so i shouldn’t expect a charge for this visit. (a literal 10 minute x-ray and the doctor telling me the issue. this was the whole appointment.)A couple months after this appointment, my mother received a phone call saying that they were told to send her my cleaning bill. (never even had a cleaning) this is a clear HIPAA violation, as i did NOT give them permission to do this, i was not even aware i had a bill. i suspect this was them realizing what happened and the mistake they made, and trying to get an easy payment. i was being charged for the x-ray that had been taken, as i had one the previous year at a different dentist, and insurance will only cover that so often. had i been asked if i had x-rays, i would have said yes. the insurance office even said that when they sent my dental history, which you think would be important to look at, it is clear on there that i have had them done, and it was not necessary. I have reached out multiple times to tell them this mistake, and the response is pretty much “sorry for the miscommunication! we are still billing you tho.” The last time I spoke with someone regarding the bill, I told them that I was not comfortable speaking on the matter anymore and we can settle this legally if needed. haven’t heard back, but my mother(who lives in a different state, who i have never given personal information such as an address or phone number much less PERMISSION to talk with about my bills. we think that they pulled out her old info from when we came years ago to get into contact with her.) just received a letter of collection for this 100$ mistake on their part that I was told to my face in office would be “a write off”. what a questionable business.
