This is a great place. All the staff are friendly and personable . Dr. Tolliver explains all procedures in understandable terms so you can make the decision that works for you. It probably doesn’t hurt that he made me like my smile again. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I got in right at my appointment time. The dental hygienist is new, and was excellent. As always, even though he has many patients to see, Dr. Tolliver takes his time to discuss any procedures and never rushes through the exam.

This rating is two fold. First, during the office closure due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I was in the middle of having a permanent bridge reconstructed after a tooth from beneath it was extracted. When the temporary bridge broke, Dr. Tolliver called to let me know we could do the impression earlier than anticipated, which was done the following day. Then, he personally delivered the impression along with the permanent bridge to the lab. Since the lab’s business was slower during this pandemic shut down, it was reconstructed and returned, and installed within two days! After approximately 10 days of living with no bridge, permanent or temporary, I was extremely grateful that my dental need needs were met during the office closure. Second, my routine cleaning was rescheduled a week later, so that the cleaning and healing check of the tooth extracted area could be done simultaneously, as Dr.Tolliver was scheduled to be out of the office on the day of my original scheduled cleaning. However, that appointment did not occur due to the office closure. So, now the routine cleaning was two months past due, which for me can cause rapid deterioration of my oral health. I remain extremely appreciative that on day one of the office reopening, I was scheduled for a cleaning.

While the entire Galleria Dental staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful, I would like to particularly acknowledge Nena (sp?) my hygienist, who is the best ever and Sherylynn (sp?) who was available to communicate with and meet me at the office most any time during the closure.

Dr. Tolliver and his team are outstanding! Everyone on staff is extraordinarily caring and knowledgeable. I have left feeling confident in my smile and in the work that they do. Every time I have gone in, either for a routine cleaning or for an emergency visit, Dr. Tolliver and his team have put me first by reassuring me at every step of the way. From staying late to make sure that I leave with a perfect smile or fitting me in last minute for an emergency visit, they go above and beyond. I’m so happy to have found such a reliable dentist in town. I don’t fear visiting the dentist and that has everything to do with the way Dr. Tolliver and his team treat me from the moment that I walk in their door.

I don't typically write reviews, but I have been incredibly impressed with the professionalism of this group and the care I received from Dr. Eric Tolliver. I started my Invisalign treatment a few months ago with Galleria and I couldn't be happier with my results to date. Dr. Tolliver took the time to explain everything in full detail to ensure that I was fully aware of my options and how the process would work. I would recommend this practice and Dr. Tolliver to anyone I know and feel confident saying that he has a life long patient in me and my family. Thank you again.

I have had horrible experiences with Dentists. Most of them not able to get me numb. The shots hurt so bad they made me cry. I would literally shake. Not now!! Dr. Tollivar knows exactly what he is doing. Most the time I only feel a sharp pinch when I get my shot. He’s not out there to just pull the tooth. He’s all about saving the tooth if it’s possible. He’s just been so good to me. I can’t say enough good stuff about this dentist office. He’s honest. The staff is great!! All so nice. And there’s no waiting time really. I use to have to wait a long time. I love Dr. Tollivar and everyone there!! Finally I’ve found my dental home♥️

I had a great experience at Galleria Dental. Dr. Tolliver and his staff are incredible. This was my first experience with Galleria Dental and I am glad I changed to this dental office. I would highly recommend Galleria Dental to everyone.

I wish 10 stars was an option...the staff at galleria was more than helpful and very professional in every aspect. I finally found a dentist office where I can go to that wont pressure me and will work with me on different options for my teeth. I will come back here.

Dr. Tolliver and his team are very professional, kind and always call me the next day to make sure I am happy and that procedures done the previous day are to my satisfaction. They make it a point to let me know they truly care about my wellbeing and make sure I don’t have any questions or concerns. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Dr Tolliver patiently explained his recommended procedure several times to me, in detail, before I finally sprang for it....a full mouth reconstruction. It was costly, but now I wish I had done it two years earlier. My teeth were in awful shape. He takes pride in doing his work right, not a speedster, which I appreciate. The assistants and staff have always been welcoming, answered all my questions, just like Dr Tolliver. I'm very satisfied. Changing over from my dentist of 30 some years, I had trepidations, but none now.
