Did an appointment request and heard nothing and then when I called to see about setting up my twins the lady gave me the number for a different dentist. She asked if I had concerns for their teeth, well who wouldn’t be at age 3 with no cleaning before. I wanted a check up and cleaning not a referral. Sad.. I don’t care how great your dentist is if this is how you treat people. FYI we are self pay, no private insurance, the insurance question that was asked before her referring us somewhere else.

I love this office. I've thought about asking them to be my dentist too (and I'm 34!) Seriously, my children really enjoyed their visit. My 4 year old had been to two other dentists and the appointments didn't go great. She was scared and didn't really like it. Little Grins really took the time to explain everything to her, they let her touch the instruments that they would be using and they really know how to deal with children. My two year old had never been to the dentist and gets upset when I brush her teeth. We had no issues with her either. She sat right down and let them do the exam with no crying. I think they have so much fun in the lobby that they go back to the exam rooms with a positive attitude. The rooms are super cute and they have TV's on the ceiling. I am looking forward to our next appointment!

We took our son (age 3) to Little Grins for his first dental visit. The front desk staff was friendly and our son loved the train table while he waited for his appointment. The hygienist helped our curious son have a fun, informative experience during his cleaning. She was happy to answer all questions and took her time to make it an enjoyable experience. You can tell that Dr. Craig truly cares about his patients and works great with kids. When I asked my son about his visit, he replied "It was so much fun! I have 20 teeth!" He can't wait to go back.

This was my son's first visit to Little Grins Dental. He is 6 years old. We loved everything about it. Everyone who works at Little Grins went out of there way to help us. I was able to get everything set up for my son's first appointment, before the day arrived. This was very helpful, because my husband was the one who had to actually take our son to his appointment. My husband has never taken our son to the dentist before, so it was a great feeling to know that I didn't have anything to worry about. I also love their convenient hours.

Little Grins was by far the best dental experience we have had with our children. Their office is 100% geared toward kids and they did everything they could to make us (children AND parents) feel completely at home and comfortable. I cannot say enough positive things about them. My kids had a great time and are looking forward to their next appointment!!

Being a family with four little children ranging from 10yrs to 3 years old my expectations are pretty high when it comes to who takes care of my children's teeth. After a bad dental experience with one of my kids I wasn't just going to settle for any place. However, I was blown away by this place. The entire staff is super friendly, patient, and helpful. The waiting area is a ton of fun (the have a big play gym, tablets, and train table!!). My kids love going and seeing Dr. Craig and all the wonderful ladies who help make this place amazing. 😊 Their exam rooms have really fun themes to them so my kids love seeing which one they will end up in on their visit. Also, every room has a 3D tv on the ceiling so the kids can watch a cute movie while getting their cleaning, fillings done, ect. You will not be disappointed using Little Grins Dental. 👍🏻👏🏻❤️

This would be my first review of a business, and a well deserved positive review. I took my son, 3 years old, to see the dentist at Little Grins Dental and had an excellent experience. The reception desk employees were very welcoming and the check-in process was painless. The waiting area was perfect to help him enjoy being at the dentist and wanting to return. Their door leading to the patient rooms was great as my son enjoyed having a door made his size, inside an adult door. When in the room, the walls were very welcoming and provided talking points for my son to focus on while I spoke with the hygienist. The hygienist was not pushy and worked at the pace that my son would allow, while providing me feedback on where he was with his dental hygiene. The dentist was very friendly, and the video of the aquarium on the ceiling helped my son to stay calm and allow the dentist to look at his mouth. My son was receptive to the process, his first time at another dentist when he was two was not as enjoyable as this visit. Overall, this experience was one I would recommend to friends and family without hesitation.

We absolutely love Little Grins Dental. It’s a pediatric dentist. There is a play place in the waiting room, as well as tablets for older kids. The entire waiting room is painted like the outdoors. The door to go into the dental office looks like a big tree, and there is a small door for the children to go through when they go back into the exam rooms. Every exam room is painted a different theme, like ocean, or space, etc. They have a 3-D TV above the exam chairs, and the kids can put on headphones and 3-D glasses. The dentist is awesome with the kids. He is super friendly and talks directly to them. All four of my kids absolutely love it! I have actually used the threat, “if you don’t stop that right now, you don’t get to go to the dentist!” And it worked! Ha ha! Every person there, from the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the dentist is very friendly and excellent with kids. When my son had an accident on the playground and knocked a tooth out, they got me in right away to check on his mouth and make sure everything was OK.

I was visiting my sister from out of town, and she had scheduled appointments for my 3 and 2 year old to have their teeth cleaned and checked for the first time. I knew they would love the "fairy door" and jungle gym, but I was worried about how they would do when it came to getting their teeth cleaned, since I often have to force them to brush their teeth at home. (I do it for them). My 3 year old was first to go in, and of course I went in with her and took a couple pictures because I was so excited. Having worked in the dental field before I became a mommy, I knew that the kids do better when the parent's out of the room so I left, and what do you know.. she did great!
When my 2 year old was called, she basically ran in there and did even better than her sister, which was definitely a surprise since I have a hard time brushing her teeth at home. The assistant Laura, was so sweet and motherly towards both girls! She got them excited about the paintings on the wall and everything they were doing. Dr. Craig as well as the ladies in the front were very welcoming and so sweet and kind. The girls loved their goodie bags, and I loved the fact that they had such a good dental experience, and no cavities!
Next time we schedule a trip to Missouri, we are sure to visit Little Grins again.
