First time visit for my child who really enjoyed his time after a little persuasion of ice cream afterwards. Going to the dentisr completely different from when I was a kid 30 years ago. At this place there are NO scary drills sounds, boring yellowish ceiling tiles, or music from an elevator. This place was amazing and if the dentist chairs could fit my body I would lie that my age is under 18. Seriously they have tvs on ceiling where you watch a 3D movie. Kids have it so much nicer.

Another fantastic visit with Dr. Craig! My almost 10 year old so enjoyed his visit (which included talk about the orthodontist) and my 4 year old (who has had oral aversion issues) loved every minute of attention that Dr. Craig and his dental hygienist gave her! Our family feels really lucky to have found Little Grins!!!

The whole experience at Little Grins is amazing and kid-centered. The waiting room, staff, exam rooms and Dr. Craig are all amazing. It really seems they thought of every little detail being geared towards kids. We love it here!

I wish I could give a lower rating than one. The way their clerical staff treats their patients is terrible. My nephew had an oral surgery scheduled with them (he's 3), his insurance lapsed due to a clerical error and the surgery had to be postponed (it's $3200 up front) my sister was called by a member of their staff and berated for 15+ minutes and mom-shamed because she had to post pone the surgery. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone every again and will continue to share this post as well as her experience with everyone I possibly can. Needless to say, my nephew now has an appointment with another dentist to get his surgery somewhere else. I am appalled at the sheer audacity of this staff member and that this place of business who provides a service for payment would treat patients this way. It is borderline abuse and I hope that no one else is treated this way, and if they are treating parents like this to their face I can only imagine how they are treating kids behind closed doors.

My son has been here twice. He is almost 4 years old. He was exited to go to the dentist! First thing he told me when he woke up was how exited he was! I was in shock! (My wife took him the first time) I hated going to the dentist as a kid. Is this my son? Well we arrived and there is a huge play area while I was checking in my son was having a blast in it. Your supposed to wear socks and no shoes in it. He was sock less and wearing crocks. I let him play, he was having to much fun. Feel bad about not knowing the rules prior and breaking them. He will have socks next time! The staff was so professional! We were seen on time. They honestly are pros at working with kids. It puts a smile on your face. I would recommend them to anyone. Son was there for a cleaning and check up. So pain and drills were not involved. I will say the wonderful child communication skills of the DDS and hygienist would make a procedure like a filling far more bare able for a child. Child gets a little bag full of goodies, tooth brush, kid floss sample, a little toy. Not candy lol. Heck if I ever get another cavity I wonder if they would see me?

No stars, This place is all about money. They want you to do a lot of things and if you don't do all of things in their lists, they don't like that. We took both of our kids who is 6 years old and 4 years old to get their teeth checkup early in July and then they had long lists of to do lists for both of my kids which most of the items are filling works for the kids' baby teeth. We were willing to do it and we were trying to manage our financial. Then in August, our daughter had a real tooth came out but the baby tooth is still there. We called and tried to make an appointment, if they can look at the problem tooth. They said "no", they want to do the cavities treatment and filling first. We was like fine, we will do the items that are in their list but please look at the problem tooth too. They said "no". They are going to do only the items in the list and we have to come back for the problem tooth because it is his rule to not do more than two things at the same appointment. We were like, so you are forcing us to do stuffs in the list first before you are going to look at the tooth that really have problem and hurting my kid? We told them, if that is the case, we would like them to look at her problem tooth first and we will do other treatments in their list later then. The front desk said, if you don't like the dentist's opinions, they will refer us to someone else. I mean, how rude and how unethical. All we were asking, was for them to look at my daughter's problem tooth because it was hurting her but they was trying to force us to do the cavity treatment and fillings first. It's all about money, isn't it? And we were willing to do and pay for all of those items in the list but we preferred them to look at her problem tooth first. The front desk is very rude.
I thought that when dentist gave us the to do list, we can decide what we want to get done or not get done. Or should I say, what we can afford or what we can't afford. I think you should be able to see the dentist when you have teeth problem and not be forced to do other things first. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone whatsoever.

My kids love coming here and getting to watch the 3D movies. My youngest son is always so excited to see Dr. Craig and the girls. I am always recommending Little Grins!

Dr. Craig is amazing, even with toddlers who aren't down with having their mouths prodded.

The entire office is created for our little people, complete with a massive play area, TVs on the ceiling with headphones (because who likes hearing the dentist-y sounds 👎🏼), the themed decor, and even a tiny, cottage-like door for the children to enter the treatment area from the waiting area.

As an ED nurse, I know that children aren't just small adults. That's why children's hospitals are such an asset to communities. Sights, sounds, and protocols made for adults are often scary & dangerous for pediatrics, so why not take your child to a dental provider who ONLY treats children and has tailored the entire practice to meet the needs, physical and psychological, of the pediatric population?

They accepted my insurance (Delta through CoxHealth) and I paid $0 for 6 month check-ups. I know they accept many other insurances, as well.
