I have been coming to Dr. Smith since I was little. The staff is always super friendly & they are always willing to help accommodate your needs! I have had a few teeth pulled by Dr. Smith, & he fully explained the process of what to expect during the extraction, what to do if I felt pain or discomfort, and the healing process. They have always worked with my complicated schedule throughout the many years as well :)

Dr. Jeffrey Smith of Parkside Dentistry was very personable and reassuring to me. I liked him immediately. His demeanor was kind and caring. A personal friend of mine is one of his assistants there, and she highly recommended him for which I am extremely grateful. Everyone there was so very friendly and made me feel comfortable. And, Dr. Smith recommended me to Dr. Ivey in St. Peters, to remove an infected wisdom tooth. I found him to be topnotch as well, his jovial personality comforting and his staff was pleasant and reassuring to me also, totally explaining what to expect and showing such care. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith and Dr. Ivey as well. Great professionals!

Dr Smith and his staff are so friendly and make a person feel welcome. Another thing I really appreciate is that they never try to up charge you with something you probably don't really need unlike some other dental offices in St Charles. That are honest and down to earth. Dr Jeff is amazing in that he completely re-did a crown on a molar that had bothered me since it was put in. Dr Reyes at Boulevard Dental had put it in, and tried a few times to make it better unsuccessfully! I won't go anywhere else now that I have found Dr Jeff and his wonderful staff.

I love Dr. Smith! I’ve been seeing him since I was 12 years old, and he has always taken very good care of not only my teeth but me. I’ve had very few procedures done, but recently, Dr. Smith found a problem and made sure I saw the right people to have it rectified quickly. He is currently in the process of fitting me for a crown, and he made sure that during the entire procedure I was comfortable and that I left with no pain. Thank you Dr. Smith for being such a great dentist all these years. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a dentist. I also want to recognize his staff, who take a real interest in their patients. In short, you will not be disappointed in Dr. Smith or his staff.

Dr. Smith has been our family's dentist for YEARSSSSS. He's taken such good care of us as people and his patients. He does literally all he can to bring relief in any area he is able, whether it be with your teeth, or a rough financial situation involving dental. He has a wonderful bedside manner, and has little to no staff turnover. I've seen and grown to know and love every single one of them in his office since I was 7 years old. I am now 25. He treats 3 generation's of us. We love him and his staff. I HIGHLY SUGGEST THIS OFFICE IF YOU WANT GOOD BEDSIDE MANNER AND PROFESSIONAL CARE.
