I came to Dr. Jeffrey Smith after many years of avoiding discomfort, judgment and anxiety from a dentist/dental visit. I was provided a referral after being treated for a dental infection at an urgent care and was told by the provider “he is simply the best, hands down”. Reviews and a visit to his office confirmed this. Top notch care, no one made me feel shameful for waiting so long or silly for being so anxious. Dawn and Dr. Smith both had very clear communication about what they were doing during my visit and discussing a treatment plan. And perhaps the most important piece, he is a Blues fan, so the room I was in was very calming lol. I will definitely be going back again with no concerns about being in good hands when I visit. We've been using this dental office for many years, and the quality and friendliness of the service cannot be beat. The hygienists and staff are wonderful and do a fantastic job. Dr. Smith is kind and thorough and goes to great lengths to give the best dental care around. He always takes time to explain everything and make sure we understand. My kids switched to him after unhappy experiences with a pediatric dentist and they have all been happy with Parkside and still go there now that they are adults.

Best dentist, hands down, in St. Charles County, if not all of the entire metro St. Louis area. Dr Smith listens, cares, and has always done his work impeccably. My family has been seeing him for almost 20 years. His staff is always amazing. If you have an emergency he gets you right in. His specialist recommendations, if needed, are also excellent. I’m so grateful to know him and his staff!!
