East Ridge Family Dentistry

I recently after several years finally went back to the dentist. I did a considerable amount of research online about East Ridge Family Dentistry and found Dr. Krasniqi and his staff even better than I could have ever anticipated. From the front staff, to the hygienist (which was absolutely phenomenal) and Dr. Krasniqi everyone was outstanding. They make you feel welcome, are happy to answer questions, go through the action plan in detail and are very responsive to getting you in as soon as possible - much faster than a typical dentist. I can't say enough good about this practice and HIGHLY recommend that if you have ever had bad experiences and don't like going to the dentist, this practice is a gamechanger.

The Dr. Was wonderful! Very good with my daughter who has anxiety when it comes to the dentist.

Thus place is amazing! My daughter and I go there and everytime we have great kind caring service! They go over and beyond to help in anyway they can to make u the patient comfortable! I highly recommend this dentist and facility to young and young at heart!!! Thank you for all your help today!!!! It makes me want to come back again and again!

As always everyone is super friendly, they really care about your needs, they make sure you are comfortable throughout the process, they say please and thank you throughout as well, great “Bed side” Or “Dentist Chair” manor, they always follow up within a few days to make sure everything is still OK and no pain. The people are all so nice and caring, they make you feel at home. Its the first dentist office I've been to that has tv's in the room so it makes you feel even more comfortable!! It's definitely a great place to go and I would definitely recommend.

I can't describe the appreciation I feel for the prompt attention & care I received from the doctor and assistants at this facility. I had broken a tooth and thought I needed prompt care and to my surprise I had an appointment in less than half an hour. In two hours I had a capped tooth and the most caring dentist and staff I have ever experienced in my seventy five years God has given me. I highly recommend Family Dentistry to everyone wanting the care and attention I received.

I was honestly terrified going in to this office based off of my past encounters with other dentist offices(not associated to this one in any way). I can say without a doubt, I have never in my life, my whole life, felt more completely and utterly comfortable with a dental office in my life. Warm, caring, sensitive to my feelings, conditions, and plan of care. This office goes above and beyond. I'm truly glad I came and will be returning for years to come. Thank you all so Much!

Love this place and all the staff. Even when I feel like I should pull my hair out due to my kids behaviors they still stick with us!!!! And it's getting better every time to bring the kids there. Also they do wonderful with me! No problems, great and quick service! Always a smile!!

I have never had any issues going here. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Dr K has been a big help toward giving me a perfect smile. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have been to different dentist offices in different states because my husband travels for work and this dentist office is the absolute BEST by far! Everyone there is super nice and do not judge you for anything. I had a bad experience once where the dentist embarrassed me and mad me feel bad. I steered clear of dentist for awhile. I feared the dentist afterward and I have to say after bringing my children and now myself to this dentist office my fear is completely gone. Thank you to the entire staff here for making me and my family completely welcome and comfortable! Each time is truly a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend everyone to go here if you need a dentist.
