Suffering pain, they got me in the next day. Dr. K was thorough and very nice. I need some extensive work, but he explained - with evidence - why the work was necessary. I was given prices upfront, both totals and estimated insurance payments. I had a thorough cleaning and the hygienist was gentle. Highly recommend.

I have been going here for years now, they totally turned around my gums. I went from border lining gum disease from never flossing to having a completely healthy mouth. Also the staff is really friendly and always make the effort to personalize your experience through conversation.

An amazing first visit! All the Staff were professional and kind! Dr K was excellent. I look forward to my 6 month cleaning in February! I highly recommend!!!!!

They deserve zero stars. I went here and Chelsie at the front desk charged me before I was seen for xrays and a cleaning. They held me 20 minutes past my appointment time because Chelsie did not verify my insurance before I came. So I had to wait until she bumbled through the process (she had all the information at least a week before my appointment). I asked her how she could charge me before knowing what the doctor did. She dismissed my concern. I was given a $10,000 treatment plan, including a very expensive "deep cleaning" because I had periodontal disease. I asked my former dentist (now retired) and this and he said, "You don't have periodontal disease." They also tried to sell me a night guard even though I don't grind my teeth (I was injured in a sports accident and can't breathe out of my nose. Therefore, I breathe out of my mouth. If I had a clinched jaw or ground my teeth, I would suffocate). I asked a lot of questions and wanted things explained to me better. The last straw was when the doctor extracted two teeth from my mouth. I had asked what we were replacing my second molars with. He said, "You don't need second molars." Um, okay. Then he extracted my first bicuspid and fit me for a bridge. I had asked for an implant because the two teeth surrounding the first bicuspid were perfectly healthy, and a bridge requires the dentist to grind the surrounding teeth down to fit it. The pain from the extraction was horrible. I called several times and complained about the pain. I was basically told to get over it and take OTC ibuprofen. I later learned that only an oral surgeon should extract that tooth. Dr. Krasniqi is not an oral surgeon. After addressing him again and asking questions, he told me to leave his office and not come back. I filed a complaint to the Missouri Dental Board for patient abandonment and asked for my money back. I'm still waiting almost a year later for my $2500 returned to me. They are crooks. Avoid at all cost.

Yesterday I had three teeth extracted, including one wisdom tooth. The staff was very professional and kind. Even though I was nervous, everyone was very patient. Dr. K made sure I was 100% numb before extracting my teeth. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable before beginning the procedure. During the extraction he made sure to ask several times if I was doing okay. The office is very clean and modern and there is a TV in every room. This children's area is well supplied with toys and video games that are acceptable for all ages. I would recommend this office to anyone needing a dentist.

I was a new patient with a toothache and they got me in same day. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Dr. K was great and explained everything to where you could understand it. I would definitely recommend this dentist.

I just returned from the dentist. Once again Dr. Kole has treated me with care, respect, kindness, honesty and the list goes on. I am glad I decided to see him over a year ago. The prices are fair compared to others in town, I pay less with him. The staff are wonderful in helping with insurance claims and using a good budget for your benefits.

My 7 year old daughter lost several of her baby teeth at one time a few months ago. On this morning while she was eating breakfast she panicked because one of her teeth was bleeding. After looking I was also in a panic because I thought the tooth wiggling in her mouth was one of her adult teeth. Called the office and told them what had happened and they were able to get us in right away that day. When we went in I was so nervous for my little girl....What would she do without this tooth? How would they replace it? How much would this cost?? When we got there we were greeted by the staff, and they took us back for her exam. Kelsie has worked with my daughter multiple times in the past, and came in to take a peek. Pulled up her chart, and very quickly was able to determine that this was not a permanent tooth. This was a baby tooth that she had not lost yet. THANK GOODNESS!!! I am so grateful to the staff and Dr K for getting us in, and settling our nerves that day. I've been with their office since the early days, and have never had a bad experience. They always take the time to answer my questions, and show genuine compassion when needed. Nichole is amazing, and I look forward to visiting with her every 6 months for my cleaning and check ups.
