I have used this group for years. yes the dentist etc... are great if you can make it past Fonda that handles your billing. Misquotes after misquote which she uses the insurance to excuse what she knows is money in their pocket. promises regarding " This has been taken care of, you will not get another bill." once again the process starts all over again. So you waste the half hour you get for your lunch every week trying to get something straight that should have been completed professionally the first time and is not. Thanks to billing Kennerly has lost business for a family of 5.

This was my second time visiting with Dr.Ed and his staff. This is a great denial facility. Everyone of the staff members are there just for you and very concerned about your needs. I can not say enough about Dr. Ed. He is easy to talk with, helpful, and a very nice doctor. You'll not find a better place.

In today's Covid-19 era, safety matters. The Kennerly Dental Group told me to come into their office even though I was sick. When I refused, as I did not want to make anyone else sick, they then threatened to charge me with an $85 fee.
