JJ and everyone else here is so nice and I love this place. It felt so positive and everybody was just genuinely nice! This is now my preferred dentist office. I would recommend this place. I had to come back and edit this comment cause I just really appreciate and adore the people at this office. Dr.Matt, and the dental assistant Alicia for your support and care. I could really feel the happiness and satisfaction Dr.Matt especially and the others gave me after seeing me happy with my results. Thank you guys so much. Everyone was friendly. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. The office was clean and everyone professional. I was able to schedule my first followup appointment same day 😊
They explained everything as they went, even the billing / pricing of my procedure was very well explained to me.
I will be bringing my family here no questions asked.

I have been a long time customer. I have spent a lot of money with Aspen dental. Today I went in for a cleaning and had to cancel my appointment due to being forced to get x-rays. I pay out of pocket so I was only planning on paying for a cleaning. I'm in no pain I don't want or need any dental work done. So why would I need x-rays?? When I first started coming to list location about 3 years ago everyone at the front desk was nice and friendly not anymore. I won't be back I will will be looking for a different dentist to go too. Dr Matt was an amazing dentist he did wounders on my teeth but the people up front who great your customers were not friendly or nice. I talk to a women to confirm my appointment and she said is wasn't a problem to not get x-rays. I have had cleanings before without x-rays. But now I guess it the policy to force your customers to get and pay for x-ray with a cleaning. No thanks I go somewhere else!

I actually had a FABULOUS experience once I got it o the building for my appointment, but getting in was a struggle.
I was told many times to be there 15 min before my appointment time and I was. I had a 9am appointment and arrived to a very closed store at 8:45am. Not only was the place not open, but there were no store hours posted, the was a lock box on the front door and no lights were on at all.
As you can imagine, this made me think that the location had moved and I was very concerned about missing my appointment. I called the phone number, but no one answered. Then I called the general customer service line for Aspen Dental, and they were equally confused but assured me that they would be open at 9am.
It was less than 30 degrees outside so I waited In my car and they finally opened the doors at 9:05am. I was very close to just leaving but I’m so glad I didn’t because every single person I interacted with from their staff was top notch and gave me my best dental experience ever!
I go back next week and for the first time ever, I am actually looking forward to going to the dentist. Aspen Dental… Please make the instructions more clear and accurate for first time visitors, but know that this team at the Lemay Ferry Rd St. Louis location is AMAZING and I cannot recommend them Highly enough.

They made me feel very comfortable. Before each person would come in person before would let me know what was coming up next. They even found me financing to get the work done that I needed. The only thing that was a bad experience was the waiting But that’s everywhere now. Other than that I feel like I’ve gotten a whole new family for to take care of my mouth.

I had Matt he was wonderful. Made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He’s really great at what he does I didn’t even know he was finished he’s soo smooth with his job. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANYONE WHOS LOOKING FOR A GREAT DENTIST. Very professional, caring, gentle and get the job done! This location has cancelled each of my appointments three different times. On the third time trying to reschedule my appointment I decided to go to a different dentist. I tried to be understanding twice and after three times I had to leave.

First time patient. I came in for an emergency and I was impressed by the speedy check in process from the front desk, I was met with enthusiasm by the woman who did my X-rays, everyone was very nice and informative. Also worked out a payment plan. check them out
