My sis, Ms. G (that's their nickname for her) loves this staff, dentist & team. I have taken her to mostly all visits & they have awesome customer service, concern & friendly to everyone that comes through their doors including their clients family or friends.

They billed me $333.60 for general teeth cleaning, and told me I need to pay out of my pocket for half because my insurance only covers half of everything which I did pay at the counter. This is crazy over priced for teeth cleaning (my experiences with teeth cleaning were usually around 100), and I was really confused on the bill. So I called my insurance today, they told me my plan covers everything on the bill, and the clinic should not charge me anything else. The place is scamming people's money! I'm reporting this to my insurance and other related authorities.

The best dentist in St. Louis. I cracked a tooth and they understood the situation. They were able to get me in immediately even though I could tell how busy they were. Staff was friendly and my tooth actually looked better than it dis before I cracked it. I recommend Mid City Dental.

Hi, I have come here for years and that throughly enjoyed supporting a local business within St. Louis city. With that said it saddens me to write this feedback because my latest experience was not positive. The dental hygienist and Dentist are always great and I have no complaints. However, when it comes to the front desk administrative staff there is some room for improvement in regards to the level of service provide and the tone used with clients. Over I’ll give MidCity Dental 3/5 stars since it is one area in particular

I really like Dr. Duvall, and I really like the dental technicians. However, the administrative staff are the reason I am leaving Mid City Dental for good. They are not always the most professional. One time the billing person gave me a bill I didn't think I owed and couldn't explain it to me. Most recently, due to COVID-19, their office hours have changed. I was not aware. No one called me to cancel a Saturday appointment I scheduled, so I showed up to a closed building, wasting my time.

I was not expecting much because our old dentist retired and he was a rare gem. Mid City surprised me. The receptionists were friendly and warm. The tech we got (I think his name was Darryl) was compassionate and kind to my child. Our doctor was very quick and polite, despite being extremely busy. We would certainly recommend them to any one.
