to their office I am met with the most professional staff. Expeditious and conscientious care provide to me and always a kinds spoken. My previous visit required removal of cracked tooth which was exceedingly painful. The staff was so patient and I struggled to let DDS continue the extraction. I strongly recommend Lighthouse Dental!!

I just went in for a quick routine teeth cleaning. I knew of spots on my teeth that had carried stain no matter who cleaned my teeth and I could feel her spending more time on those spots! Those spots are gone and I am truly grateful! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My experience was similar to others I felt like I was being funneled in like cattle and before I knew it I was outside with a bill. On top of this the actual dentist I saw for no more then 2 minutes said they couldn't help me. I immediately went to a dentist closer to the city who has been personable and was able to fix my issues with no issues and I didn't need nearly as much work as lighthouse claimed. On top of all this the new dentist had to redo all the x-rays (which they did for free) because of how bad the ones from lighthouse were and they couldn't make an accurate diagnosis with them.

I went in for a routine cleaning. During my exam, I mentioned to the doctor about my CPAP device (I hate it!). She offered me a alternative solution. Let me tell you an oral appliance is the way to go! Almost instantly- my jaw pain was gone too!

I just called as a new patient. The person said the first available was two months out. Which means they are busy. The individual who I spoke with really did not seem to care about me or having a new patient only their schedule. I will look elsewhere.

All the staff, assistants, hygienists, and doctors are the bomb dig. They are friendly, listen, and are careful about your care. The rolling memes on the televisions are hysterical and help to relax you and pass the little time you are waiting. Very welcoming and comfortable experience every time!

Don't go there.. I'm completely unhappy with this business 😪. First visit, I made an appointment, arrived , went back to start Xrays & the front desk person come back to tell me, they could not confirm my dental insurance. When I gave them all my info, my ID # . They said they could not get thur to my insurance & I would have to payout of my pocket or reschedule. I Do have Great Dental insurance. I'm blessed I wasn't in pain. I quickly got thur on my phone to my dental insurance. the insurance rep. on the phone said no one had contacted them since 2019. I am ANGER. I let the dental office front desk person talk to my insurance. They confirmed it & still they said I would have to reschedule. 🤨🤬😡🤬😡😠🤬😡😠🤬 Horrible & incompetence Katie took my information days b4 over the phone. At least I found out early , plus I talked to 2 Friends, they also had bad experiences . They treat people like cattle 😡 They wasted my precious time.

The most unprofessional, rude staff ever. My dentist was extremely rude and inhospitable to me while working on my teeth. When going in for an emergency extraction that had been on the books for two weeks, we (my mother and i) were told “we don’t do extractions here”, given incorrect information on my file, and tried to re-charge us $175 for X-rays and a new check up after a $350 visit and assessment in November. I’m 16, by all means do not bring your youth to this astonishingly unwelcoming facility.
