I called to see if they needed anything for my NP appointment. Apparently it was never scheduled. The receptionist was rude and then the next person I spoke to was not accepting me as a patient. They weren't helpful or willing to do anything about my appointment. They could not solve the problem and were not able to understand the frustration of waiting so long for an appointment then to hear it was never scheduled.

Came in for a chipped tooth and wouldn't fix it without a comprehensive exam (200 dollars by itself). It was at the end of the year and they urged me to try and use all my dental insurance benefits up. I walked out with a 2 thousand dollar treatment plan and a 350 dollar bill when I just wanted a chipped tooth fixed which was only 90 dollars. Stick with smaller dentist offices that are more patient oriented and less about money.

My appointment yesterday was to put a crown on a molar that had a root canal recently. I experienced no pain!!! I do not have to return to replace a temporary crown as they design and make the new tooth at the same appointment. It only took about 2 hours to take out temp filling from the root canal, build up the old tooth, and put on the newly created crown!!! I am chewing on my new molar today already. No pain.
