They were able to get me an appointment within 48hrs and worked fairly quickly. I had to bring my 2 year old with me and it didn't bother any of the team members at all. They were so kind and understanding. The dentists really listened and explained things well. I really had an a great experience.

Aspen Dental in Wentzville was amazing. I had been having some bad tooth pain for a couple days and decided to get it looked at. Aspen Dental got me in the day that I called, and everyone that I meet was professional, knowledgeable and great to work with.
I would recommend Aspen Dental to everyone.
A special shout out to Samantha my technician who made me feel comfortable during exrays and getting me set up before the Dr. saw me.
Thanks for everything!

Unorganized & Overbooked
My first visit was on opening week, location seem convenient they got me right in, however with some delays and staff not familiar with equipment. I chalked it up to this being a new office.
Next visit, lots of delays and similar experiences w/other pushy sales tactics at every turn. You need special toothpaste; you need this that and the other. Was left in the chair for about 30 minutes waiting.
Third and final visit, with a 7:30am appointment. On an on-time arrival over 6 people were apparently booked for 7:30am appointments and in line waiting, 4 still standing at the counter. Staff was reported as being some morning meetings no one was taken back until about 7:40. I waited until about 8:05 and decided to leave. They don’t respect the consumers time and appear to overbook. Receptionist was new and not familiar with front desk systems.

They do things different here. I scheduled my first teeth cleaning here, they spent 2 hours taking xrays, and coming up with a "cleaning plan", then I left with NO CLEANING. They signed me up for $250 pre-cleaning, I would have to come back for the next week AND then I would come back 30 days later for the Insurance paid for cleaning. I was told my front teeth would need to be redone even though they were just fixed less than five years ago and there is nothing wrong with them. It really felt like they were trying to extract as much money as they could. It is a nice place and the people were nice, but at the end of the day all I wanted was a general cleaning that my insurance pays for every year and they literally told me to go somewhere else.

So far Aspen has been great as I am transitioning into dentures. From my initial consult with Dr. Chandi to all the help from office mngr Desi with financing, to the assistants and front desk. Everyone is so friendly and amazing. The big day is this Monday when we pull teeth and I get my temp teeth put in. I don't expect any less than the great care I've already received. I'll post an update further into the process.

Amazing friendly staff! Very personable and made a tough situation feel like a breeze definitely recommend. Dr. Fady is amazing and always puts his patient first. I’ve always dreaded going in for dental work but he makes the experience better by providing the care that he does!

I haven't had my teeth cleaned yet, but my dentist had to do some work. He is professional and kind. He told me step by step what he was doing. He told me the why's of my procedure and showed me my bad tooth. His knowledge and bedside manner gives him a 5!

Please read this carefully before ruining your teeth by Dr. Fady Boules:
I went there for a simple checkup and ended up with paying 1550$ and 8 filling teeth. I know I am an adult and decided to do so, but three big issues with Aspen:
1) After I asked them to send me the images of my teeth and showing it to another dentist, I have had this thought that they (Dr. Fady Boules) over-treated me for money. How is it possible that none of the cavities is shown on the image? Based on another dentist, it is possible that sometime there is a cavity that is not visible in X-Ray; But there is a near to 0 chance that all of my 7 teeth needed filling and none shows in the image.
2) After the first visit, they estimated the cost for 7 surface fillings and a deep cleaning after my insurance would be 750$, and I have already paid this money. I have decided to do so based on their estimation. Last week, I received a bill of 800$. How is it possible that they made 100% error for their estimation? The more reasonable explanation is that they bring down the price to deceive me to do the unnecessary fillings. I called them a couple of times with no response. Always, they said they need to call my insurance. The due date on the bill was passed and they did nothing!
3) One of the fillings came out of my mouth the night of treatment day when I was flossing. I came back the day after that, and they fixed it (not welcoming). The dentist treated me like I am responsible for that! Also, the dentist could not clean all the filling materials from my teeth. Some of them left between my teeth. I asked him to clean it better but no improvement. I gave up!
Anyone has a question, shoot. I would be happy to discuss details to people who are thinking they can receive a good treatment in Aspen!
After a couple of weeks, I have received no update or call from them. They are lying.

Kid was in constant pain. Dr left and another one came in and finished. 30 minute procedure turned into a 4 hour visit. My kid said they mentioned how they messed up. I got to the pharmacy and no one had called in his prescription. I called back to Aspen and they called it in to the wrong location. Had to drive back across town. Garbage experience should have waited to see our dentist. No wonder they had openings.
