I’m not going to lie I am TERRIFIED of going to the dentist. I always have been, so you can imagine my anxiety I had coming in for my first visit. This location was amazing from start to finish. Everyone who works there is so nice and really helps put you at ease. I would 100% recommend this dental office to anyone! They also have financing options that make it super affordable so you don’t have to pay an arm and a leg just to get work done. Love it!

This place is amazing! I never thought that I would mention that in the same sentence about a dentist, but everyone in the office was just outstanding, especially Jess-she did my deep cleaning and I felt like I had a new mouth after we were done minimal discomfort and very efficient! Dezi was amazing to be able to figure out a plan that I could get work done in an affordable manner! Dr. Chandi, Shawna Mia Rebekah and Tanya- all amazing members of the Aspen Dental staff in Wentzville!! I think we finally found a place to continue going for the duration!

Plan to wait a long, long time at this disorganized office. I was stuck for over 5 hours due to not working equipment, dentist in and out of the room, and clearly overbooking. I did reach out to customer service and the regional support was kind when returning my call. I was comped a small amount for my terrible experience however, I worry this office will continue to repeat it’s problems. Please be warned when you are considering Aspen Dental of Wentzville.
The staff was polite and seemed stuck with the chaos. Dr. Chandi was not sympathetic to my anxiety or inconvenience of being stuck for over 5 hours.
There are many other options in Wentzville. Pick elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was not informed my first appt would not include cleaning my teeth. I was there for almost 2 hours for them to tell me they wanted to do a gingivitis rinse/irrigation that was not covered by insurance. I asked if I could just do a regular cleaning to get on a routine schedule and was told no. That blows my mind that a place would refuse to set up routine care just because the patient doesn’t want to do something extra that they can’t afford right now. It’s a huge red flag when a business is ran this way. I will say the person who did my X-rays was very nice though and the person who checked me in.

New to the state, went for routine check to establish care. Each person was polite, asked questions along the way to keep you engaged during visit. Answered the questions I had. I felt relaxed as the visit went on even with my concerns. Hope the rest of my visits continue to be this good.

STAY FAR AWAY!!! Dont teust them with your smile!! It's been a fight. Initially the first dentist started to pull the wrong tooth and then eventually pulled the correct one after being questioned about the tooth they were pulling. It was a terrible experience, coupled with crippling anxiety, it's been terrible. They finally fixed their mistake but then quickly canceled the following appointment I had set and then I received a certified letter telling me I am no longer welcome to receive care through their clinic. I received my explanation of benefits letter from my insurance and I was only responsible for $26 but I was charged for $87. Went by the clinic today to find out what that was about and if I would get my money I over paid and I felt like it was an inconvenience for me to even have been in their clinic. I learned my lesson, I will go to a family clinic and will never go back to a chain!
