Dr. Matthew Garson, DDS

I was a patient of Garson Dental since 2010. I found them to be competent and consistent in their dentistry, which I would recommend for anyone looking for a good dentist. What I don't recommend is having any orthodontic work done with them; I completed a round of Invisalign, for a little over three years. Whereas there was alot of movement, I was unsatisfied with the final results, as the "correction" left me with a wide gap on the left side, resulting in an inability to chew properly. This is despite several efforts to bring my dissatisfaction to their attention. Now, I am in a 1 to 2 year program of braces to correct this defect with a real orthodontist. I no longer go to Garson Dental, however do recommend them for any dentistry other than orthodontics.

I've been going to Dr. Garson and getting my teeth cleaned by Fawn for about 6 years. This has been one of the best dental offices I've been to. They are efficient, caring, clean, and good at what they do. I've had some pretty major procedures, including crowns and an implant (Dr. G did the pre and post care for the implant) and have not had any complaints. I also don't feel like they are trying to make me get procedures done for small issues to just try to make a buck. They explain things well and Fawn always remembers details about my kiddo.
All in all, I trust them, I like them, and I'm very satisfied.

Thanksgiving weekend 2021, I broke a tooth and thought that the size of break was going to result in the tooth to be extracted.
I called Dr Garsons office and they got me in the next day. The staff there was kind and courteous, and they brought me back for an x-ray and quick exam.
When Matt Garson came in, he told me that he could fix it. What a relief that was to hear. So expecting to make an appointment and be sent on my way, I was surprised to hear him say he was going to numb me up and fix it. Not only was that tooth getting repaired, I also had a tooth right next to it that had been damaged as well.
Dr Garson repaired both teeth, all while talking and bantering back and forth with his assistant. The entire time I am trying not to laugh and still found myself chuckling.
He did a great job, and I was in and out of there in less than an hour.
What a great guy and an even better dentist.

My entire life I have been terrified of the dentist. When I first started going here it was no different, I went because I knew I had to. Now, there is no dread. Dr. Garson and his staff are wonderful! They're kind, and they know what they're doing, they're very upfront about everything. I went on vacation and an old crown broke, when I went in to get it fixed from the time I pulled out of my driveway, to the time I pulled back in completely finished, was exactly one hour. Kory, at the front desk is wonderful and always super helpful. I seriously can't say enough good things. If you're looking for a new dentist I would recommend them to anyone.

Not an alarmist or just in it for the money. He has integrity, honesty, knowledge, and skill.
He offers thorough and sensible care. He actually cares about his patients health.

My husband I had another dentist in Belgrade, with alot of fancy devices, tell us we needed about $7000.00 worth of work. He had the financial paperwork ready and to be signed off on before we even knew what the problems he, "found" were. Dr. Garson however, told us we had healthy mouths. The whole staff is caring and TRUST-WORTHY. My family and I will be lifelong patients.

Really liked the staff and Dr. Garson was very nice. I got a filling though and it has caused tooth pain so bad that I can't chew on one side of my mouth. I went back in twice after my filling to try to get the pain resolved but it is not going away. I really wanted to love this dentist, I was tired of driving to bozeman and wanted to support our local Belgrade community, but with tooth pain this bad I'm going to have to go back to the other dentist.

I had to have a crown pulled several years ago. It never felt good so I had a gaping whole In the back on the bottom. Dr Garson made me a bridge that looks a feels exactly like a tooth. So nice to be able to chew on both sides finally .Thank you. The staff is wonderful too

I sent my 13- year old to the dentist with her sister for a routine cleaning. When she came home, these are the details of her bad experience that she shared. She said she was stabbed in the gums several times due to apparent carelessness. The associate doing her cleaning seemed very unsure of what she was doing and was rather rough when moving my daughters lips out of the way. My daughter recently got braces ( recently meaning about 6/7 months ago ), and said that the person doing it, who’s name was Judy, was not cautious with the wires, brackets, or bands attached to my daughters teeth. A final things that really made my daughter upset was that when Judy was using the pick, she cut my daughters cheek. My entire family has gone to Garson Dental since my oldest was quite young, probably more than a decade we’ve been going and this is the first bad experience with any of the many people working there and I hope this gets fixed

I would highly recommend Dr. Garson! He is affordable, understanding and great at what he does. Dentist visits have become much less stressful for me since I switched to his practice. Him and his staff and extremely kind and easy to interact with. I can't say enough good things about him!

I was really impressed with Dr Garson, I went in for a toothache and he didn't pressure me to get a bunch of other things done. I had been seen by his predecessor 8 years earlier and he could have ordered new x-rays, cleaning, etc. but he just fixed the problem and told me if I was happy with the care he knew I would come back.
