Tracy, Shelby, and Tim (and I’m sure the rest of the staff but I have yet to meet them) are so helpful, thorough, precise, and friendly! I’d highly recommend River Rock Dental to anyone. Especially people like me who would rather get 100 blood draws over one tooth cleaning. They make it bearable and even (dare I say?) enjoyable. Amazing clinic.

I spent over $4,000 dollars at river rock dental to get my teeth fixed. Upon doing so they said I had occurred a free tooth cleaning. I called ahead of my appointment to make sure my free tooth cleaning counted towards my scheduled appointment and they said yes. After my appointment they told me it didn't apply and charged me $300 dollars. I highly recommend not going here as they would not own up to their mistake and didn't care about my business.

The worst mistake of my life. I paid him to make me new teeth (all on four) it was a complete disaster which dragged out over a year and the end result is the teeth he made me hurts to badly to keep them in my mouth. I am in the process of getting outside help over the matter because this is now causing long term damage to my jaw and mentally as well...it's not easy living without teeth and now I don't have the money to get it done right, please don't make the same mistake I did trusting this guy.

Dr. Lund and Melissa are incredible. I needed to have some issues with previous fillings and crowns fixed, and they have been so patient and helpful since day one. They explain what they are doing step by step to make sure that you understand what's going on in your mouth, and they are constantly checking in to make sure that you are comfortable during your appointment. I feel like they have become part of my family, and I won't trust anyone else to do my dental work. Excellent customer service, and they are great at what they do!

This place is a scam! Listen to the other reviews and be careful! Do not waste your money!

I hate to write bad reviews (especially to a dentist as my late grandfather was a well-respected and honorable dentist) but I do not want others to waste thousands of dollars like we did!!!

We went to this dental office for two years before we realized. Everyone in the office was so kind and friendly! But every single time we went in for a simple cleaning, they would tell us we needed new x-rays and lots of other dental work. Their kindness and having a grandfather for a dentist made me inclined to trust them, and so I listened to their advice. But after the third time in two years that they told us our fillings were "chipped" and would need to be redone (by the same dentist who did them in the first place and 'fixed' them the first time), we began to grow wary. We went to two other dental offices for a second opinion and our fillings were FINE. Our family also did not have the TEN other collective cavities they claimed we had. We would have gone broke staying with this office.

Obviously, we stopped going here at this point. Yet, A WHOLE YEAR LATER, we receive yet another bill from this freaking office. Apparently, they "misquoted" us for the first fillings and "forgot to send the bill" until they got a new financial manager, so we owed them over a thousand dollars AGAIN or it would go to collections. THEY forgot to send the bill for an ENTIRE year and forgot charge/quote us properly originally, and still had the audacity to threaten collections. We paid the bill, so we could finally be done with them.

I can't tell anyone how to spend their money, but please be careful of this office. If you think that you are being charged more than usual for a service or require dental work more than usual after going to this office, seek a second opinion, as we did. It may save you THOUSANDS.

(Also, it is not a coincidence that they have only responded to positive reviews. Responding and interacting in this way keeps the positive reviews at the top, which is obviously what they want.)

I am very impressed with Dr.Lund's and his staff's professionalism .
I had a dental issue and am visiting from Oklahoma; they called me back asap, were willing to see me and get my records. Melissa is great!

My wife and I are and will always be thankful and grateful for the personalized attention she got at River Rock Dental group. Melissa and Dr. Lund were great. The facility is state of the art.

Best of all NO PAIN AT ALL. The root canal’s performed on my wife, other than relief her from pain, the procedures itself was performed with the utmost professionalism and care.

Have been horrible to work with. Didn't return my husband's calls/text/voicemails till they had an issue with an insurance calm and didn't get their funds. We also requested their new patient special and they refused to give him all of the services included yet still wanted the full payment.

Absolutely the best Dental Place to go too. Doctor Timothy Lund is by far the best Dentist my family and I have ever been too. He is thorough, detailed, knows exactly what he is doing. My husband had a second root canal done and both times he had no pain. Super work by Dr. Lund. His Assistant and Wife Melissa is not only beautiful as a lady, she is the quintessence of what a hygienist is.,.. Supportive in aiding Dr. Lund as well as maintaining and preserving a, healthful sanitary office which is also well managed. I recommend River Rock Dental Group ...Highly...!!
