I was so pleasantly surprised that this office was not only well run with the delightful staff but were completely thorough in each of their tasks. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful when I mentioned to her that I was on a time crunch due to my back to back scheduling of appointments that day. Normally the first appointment is an hour and forty minutes however I needed to be out twenty minutes earlier. The team worked together calmly and efficiently to do their best work and make sure I was taken care of as well as get all they needed to accomplish in the first visit. The dental assistant was pleasant and very sufficient at getting my X-rays completed so I could get my complete checkup and cleaning with the hygienist. Since it had been about four years since my last cleaning I was so excited how wonderful the experience was. I love to get my teeth deeply cleaned and my mouth felt like brand new when I left. My smile even looked brighter just from the wonderful job from the hygienist! Lastly the doctor was very nice and was able to do her examination and be direct on what I needed to have done immediately and down the road. She was honest and explained to me why I needed to have this work done. I walked out of the office at eight on time. I was very impressed!

However, after my very first appointment at Alpine Dental, the nerves completely vanished! Every single person in this office is so welcoming and kind. I’ve been going to Alpine Dental since 2017 and it is a really great place. Everyone from Dr. Smith and Dr. Ellis to the staff are very friendly and my hygienist does such a great job! I highly recommend Alpine Dental if you’re looking for a dentist’s office.I find that Dr. Ellis takes time to explain all the procedures. She explains all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment. Her staff is also extremely helpful. Dr. Ellis has a great rapport with her assistant and hygienist and they work very well together.
