It is always a great pleasure to visit this establishment...the atmosphere is always warm and inviting...the staff is super friendly and professional and always make a special effort to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible. From you walk through the front door you until your procedures or assessments are done you will always be greeted with a smile. I was very please with the Dentist (Dr. J) and the Dental Assistants ( sorry I forgot your names)that have been working on me....you have made me feel very blessed to be a patient of yours. I am so glad my husband recommended me to Smile Montana Dental Centre.

Dr. Elledge was absolutely amazing! First time in my life getting the numbing shots it didn't hurt! I was shocked at how painless and fast getting my tooth fixed was! I honestly asked if he could do my appointments all the time now !!

Wonderful experience. Very professional, friendly, and efficient while in no way being pushy or fear mongering. Love the culture and atmosphere and will actually go back for my 6 month check up instead of waiting 3 years like I did after my previous dental checkup (with a different dentist)... :)

I had an awesome experience with my dental care needs at Columbia Falls Family Dental Center. New to the area, one of the most difficult aspects has been finding a good fit for family Dentistry. I am beyond terrified of going to the dentist which is why it has been difficult to find the right fir. From the office staff when you first walk in, to billing and procedure questions handled by Naomi my first impression was so positive. I needed immediate and significant dental intervention after breaking a tooth. Dr. Miller was outstanding with my extreme anxiety and with providing excellent medical treatment. His dental assistant Carrie was absolutely incredible. So kind, understanding, reassuring. She let me hold ( tightly squeeze) her hand as often as I needed. She and Dr. Miller worked to communicate with me in a way that made all of the difference. I am so grateful for the entire staff at Columbia Falls Family Dental Center. I look forward to my whole family, including our child with special needs, being under their care!!!

Great experience! While on a road trip 2,000 miles from home my son had a really bad toothache- they fit us in first thing the very next day, and were very nice and extremely professional. The office is very clean and we were in and out quickly and able to continue on our vacation. Highly recommend!

Dr Miller is the very best!!!
I had to have a molar removed, he was very gentle, I never felt a thing. Even now, 24 hrs later I still feel no pain. Thank you so very much for being so good at your job! Every one in the office is very friendly and very good at what they do! Thank you again for making my dental experience not such a bad thing. I would highly recommend Dr Miller and all his staff!!
