Dr.Saunders is great! And the everyone there is too! Got us in quickly to evaluate and release our 1wk old sons lip and tongue tie.
Super happy with how welcoming and informative they are! Especially as first time parents we were unsure about how it all works and she was great at explaining it to us and made sure we were well cared for!

Dentist are great, most of the staff is great but one of them are not so nice! Had to cancel appointment 26 hours notice, staff member Amber makes a statement well there a 25.00 cancellation fee for canceling less then 24 hours. I say well it’s not less then 24 hours she replies back well that escalated quickly and she thinks policy has changed to 48 hours now. I let her know my emergency situation and now we have to wait until January to get in. ( 3 months ).

Everybody was awesome there from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. Dr Chris was very personable respectable and professional and did a great job of explaining everything to my 16 year old son as well as myself. We are both so glad we chose Frenchtown Dental and would recommend them a thousand times over.

Excellent experience with Dr Sanders and staff today. Everyone was super pleasant, attentive and helpful. I’m a white knuckled dental patient; I felt very comfortable. Highly recommend!

My first visit with frenchtown was perfect. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming as soon as I walked in the front doors. Everyone was very thorough in their explanations for everything, and I did not once feel rushed or like a burden in their office. The staff also did not make me feel any sort of shame or embarrassment for my oral health. They were so kind and gentle. They listened to any questions or concerns I had and went over a great plan to get me on the right track to a happy mouth. Thank you everyone!

Very rude, unprofessional and disorganized. Go anywhere else! This business did have the opportunity to have me as a customer. In fact I've practically begged over a two month span to get my children on the schedule. Instead, they acted like I never even entered there facility but yet I can describe the lady who works at the front desk according to Amber I'm a liar, but after informing me they had no recollection of my paperwork they found it (maybe because my past dentist even Confirmed working with you), maybe Amber is the liar about you recording all your phone calls being that legally you would have to state that at the beginning of every phone conversation and that never happened and if you could go back to all the recorded conversations. You would be able to pull 8 conversations over the phone I had with your staff and realize someone dropped the ball and maybe not call a prospective customer a liar but take responsibility for messing up!!!

Amazing employees that made me feel welcomed! No other place has given me a tour of the facility or offered water or snacks! They walked me through everything that they were going to do during my appointment and made sure to answer any questions that I had. They really are wonderful!

I am an Invisalign patient at Frenchtown Dental. Their professionalism and friendliness is unmatched. They are thorough and have helped me with all my billing and insurance questions. I would highly recommend them for any dental needs!

Here’s what happened during a single appointment that I made for just a cleaning. In the middle of my cleaning, Amber (manager) came into the room where my teeth were being cleaned, she was crying. Katrina, who was cleaning my teeth (which she is awesome), then had to console Amber and Amber was crying about her son had suffered a broken bone in his hand. I felt that was unprofessional. The appointment was for a cleaning, without saying anything, ex rays were taken. Since they’re “out of network”, insurance pays only a small amount. The dentist reviewed the ex rays and stated everything looked good. A couple days later, dentist calls and says I found 2 cavities on your ex rays. Then I get a bill that was 6 times more than expected with a hand written not “please pay in full”. I don’t recommend this dental clinic!
