If I could rate less I would..I cannot believe how rude one of the billing/reception ladies is. I was half tempted to leave based just on my encounter with her. I really wish I would have now! The care doesn't make up for the rude front office lady one bit, wish I could say it did.
Editing to say that after being referred I just took my child to a pediatric dentist and the teeth that were supposed to be fixed but could not be here are now so messed up by the attempt to fix them she'll have to get a crown or have one pulled. She was so traumatized by her experience here I could hardly get her through the door at the dentist today. She will now have to be put under because of her anxiety.
Do not accept children if you are not equipped or trained to do so. Parents do not take your small children here, save yourself the trouble and them the emotional scaring. I feel so bad for bringing my child here!!

Had a tooth extracted and the dentist that worked with me was fantastic! I was nice and numb and she got the tooth out in one piece. I was in and out of there in 45 minutes.
