First off I really want to thank the whole team and staff for being so caring of my situation from the moment I stepped foot in that door and the ladies at the front desk. I really want to thank Dr. Sutherland and her assistant Tierra for their professionalism, truthfulness and information they blew my mind on how they both worked on my teeth and got me back to a huge part of my personality and that's with a big smile. These two ladies should get a raise and even some paid vacation seriously...I had a different dentist and was told I had to pull teeth where in my case I really did not need to have them pulled besides my muller. They went above and beyond to help my smile look great my confidence is up and I feel really good and will come back without a doubt, I would recommend this dentist office 100%. I will not be going back to my original dentist and have truly decided to stick with alpine falls dental care for any future work I am 100% satisfied and feel at home here like part of my own family thank you all!!!😁

I am terrified of dentists and pain. Dr. Sutherland and her assistant Tearra are amazing!!! I had my first terrifying root canal and I only felt total relief from pain. I highly recommend them, especially if you're terrified. Even the numbing was painless. Thank you!!!!

Too many problems with scheduling. I'm not sure why they have so many problems, but they will blame being short staffed.
I don't buy it. I cancelled ALL my appointments a week ago and got confirmation today for an appointment I shouldn't have tomorrow.
I also kept getting the runaround on trying to get in for a cavity. I don't feel valued and went to another dentist.
They are also hard to get ahold of.

When I scheduled my appointment it was booked out almost 8 months but they called me and said they had a cancellation within 3 weeks so that was great! Also i hadn't been to a dentist in a long while and they were so kind and didn't make me feel bad at all. Super friendly staff and made me feel really at ease!

I broke a tooth a few weeks after moving here and had to pick a dentist at random quickly. I chose Alpine Falls just because they were closest to my house, and I'm glad I did. They did a fantastic job on my new crown.
