Robin their hygienist made me feel comfortable right from the get go. I have to say this was probably the easiest and most comfortable cleaning I’ve ever had.

The staff at Heritage Dental is wonderful, caring, compassionate, and helpful; Dr. Hicks thoroughly discusses options for your dental care and sets up a treatment plan. His office bills my insurance company promptly and charges for the difference. With the use of state-of-the-art equipment, Dr. Hicks creates beautiful crowns right in the office while you wait. I am very pleased with the care I have received from this office and plan to remain a customer for as long as I live in Great Falls, Montana.

The staff go out of their way to make sure issues are fixed and will work with you if insurance fails you. The dental work is on point, no issues so far. I've been to about 10 different dentists in my life and this is one of 3 that hasn't messed up the work.
