Very friendly front office staff. I felt the hygienist was very thorough for my cleaning. Dr Livingston has a great bedside manner. Seems very knowledgeable. I would recommend him and this office to anyone!

used to be VIP when it was VIP it was great place to go!! than they changed owners or something really went down hill. I was advised into partial and dentures and pulling teeth as my treatment I received an estimate and cleaning I said upfront I cant do it right now! but they took impressions of my teeth and as I sit there with junk in my mouth I realised I wanted to wait but could not talk mouth full of stuff so after my impression I said I want to wait until late summer to decide for sure if this is what I want to do they said no problem thus will be here when your ready and they will keep in touch. Almost 4 months latter I hear nothing but I get a bill saying they billed my insurance 1400 dollas and sent me a bill with out calling me to approve any service and billed me for 745 dollars. I'm so diapointed as this is the crappyiest cleaning yet the most expensive I've ever had. I've maid every attempt to let them know how upset I am. all I got was talked down to, mistreated and disrespected.

The hygenest said she don't even know who is in charge to talk to about it. and in a very condescending sarcastic tone said why are you so upset? well I got codensending and sarcastic right back.. yep I chose the low road right along with her.. at least I can own that. I won't be back and I will tell everyone I know about this very bad experience here.. truly sad..
